Hey all, So over at DeviantArt I've been pondering the idea of creating a comic series based on NinDB and Nintendo for the NinDB DevArt page. Basically, thanks to Teev, I finally got some things done in way of story and such. But anyway I'm here to talk more about characters. Since the story is going to include you guys (and Nintendo cameos) I wanted to clear some things up. Firstly, I'm planning on using the following members as a start: Myself, Nester, YL, Fry, TVEye, Parrothead, TEi, Kirbychu, Wildcat and DiU. Sooo, if you do not wish to be included, please let me know, I don't wanna use your guise if you don't want me to! If you DO want to be included, also post here or over at the jounal at kohta89.deviantart.com/Secondly, I'm open to ideas as to who has what role, protagonists, antagonists, which nintendo cameos...etc Hmm, so I've very quickly drawn some sketches on character designs. Hopefully, these do not need introduction, otherwise I have failed ^_^  |

Heh, nice work! I would like to make one suggestion, though - I don't smoke, and would like to request that my character doesn't, either. Sorry if that mucks up some plans of yours.

Wow, this is very flattering! I'm totally cool with it!  What I'm wondering, tho, is will my character be based on me or the original Nester comic strip character, or a little bit of both? EDIT - A suggestion for Wildcat: instead of a cigar, how about a lollipop or licorice stick instead? |

No problem, I don't smoke either, they were just 5 minute sketches I did before I went to work (and as I hate licorice, I am inclined to go with lollipop =]). Which would you prefer? I'm happy with anything at the minute because its a totally blank slate. No problem adding you Tsuku, and i will use your custom character you linked me to - storywise however is pretty much in my head so I won't be taking too many suggestions here. Thanks guys x |

Of course, if you want to throw in the occasional Nester-style smartaleck one-liner, then I'm OK with that, too.  |

Black n white and not exactly gleaming lineart. If I'm going to be creating many pages, its gonna be rough around the edges - don't want to be spending hours on one page.
