Why don't you just have Issac be our Golden Sun character and just give him a normal moveset? If there's one thing I don't like about Brawl, its that its implanted this idea in people's heads that every new character has to gave a gimmick moveset. I would hope we wouldn't feel the need to post characters with a 'normal' moveset, though. Certainly not give them their own thread, anyway. A bit of creativity is, at the very least, interesting to read. I don't want to discuss yet another Fox clone or something. |

Well that's taking it to extremes. I doubt anybody's seriously clamoring for more Fox clones.

Yes, but my point is, Arcadenik, Johan's Nidorino, or whoever else, aren't lead developer on the new Smash Bros, approaching us with ideas that they will be putting in the new game - they're just writing down movesets to try and start some sort of discussion. I read all the 'gimmicky' movesets in this types of threads. The plain ones? Nah. Its just not at all interesting to read "his side B is a projectile that deals 5% damage", whereas, regardless of whether its a good idea or not, reading an elaborate idea involving djinns or whatever is at least interesting.
