When you perform a system transfer, a bunch of Pikmin run across the screen to take apart the software from the source system and rebuild it on the target system. It's a pretty awesome touch.

Wow, Nintendo manages to throw in a cameo in something this minor, it's a nice touch.
EDIT: VIDEO!! The Pikmin even run at their appropriate speeds based on Pikmin type and leaf/bud/flower just like in the games! Now that's attention to detail!
