What is a Mousou Controller? These videos will help: NES Xevious Mousou Controller played by Xevious creator Masanobu Endō. Family Stadium Mousou Controller, or Famista when Japanese gamers like to shorten its name (known outside of Japan as R.B.I. Baseball) And last, but not least, SNES Street Fighter II Mousou Controller These can be found on eBay, and they aren't quite expensive.

I'm not sure I understand the point of this. So, it's a key chain shaped like a controller that makes video game sound effects so that you can pretend you're playing a video game, even tho you aren't?

If that's the case... Then that's pretty pointless I'm sorry.

It's more like playing a game blindfolded than just playing sound effects from a game.

So, the game is actually running, you just can't see it? That doesn't really help much.

Maybe...there's a niche for this? It'd be pretty hardcore to actually beat the game XD

A good number of audio-based games do just that. As far as Nintendo goes, the closest thing they made was bit Generation SOUNDVOYAGER.
Of course, playing audio games is nowhere close to playing regular games without the ability to hear anything.

What I meant to say was that it was made for those who are familiar with the games the Mousou Controllers are based on. Picturing them in your mind while playing them is where the fun starts, especially SFII.
