Now you may be wondering why I said "possible" . . . I haven't seen it/nor unlocked it.
According to this walkthrough for the game (search Frog suit on page or "find" "31. New costumes [DC31]") it lists this as an unlockable costume for Ray.
The writer (Kylohk) of the walkthrough says "This greatly resembles the frog suit from Super Mario Bros. 3. with this suit on, Ray's stamina will not drop faster in cold conditions and can stay underwater for as long as he likes!"
It is unlocked in level 19 by "saving the character Iris from the river/lahal flow in less than 25 seconds"
I haven't played D:DoC in a while but was thinking of going back to it and I don't think many people here even brought the game (Fry has it though).
In summary, if you have D:DoC and access to level 19, complete the unlock require to see if the frog suit really is the SMB frog suit.
