They first mentioned the Zelda dungeon-inspired level at E3, but I've now played it and can confirm there's an entire top-down level made up of a grid of small rooms connected by doors, populated mostly by Spinies, and including a secret room that is opened by lighting all of the torches.

Zelda sound effect confirmed at 0:39 www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXaLQtfpMR8EDIT: Nintendo Benelux decided after the fact to disallow the videos, but I can give you verification if you need it, FryGuy64 (and the game is out in Japan anyway, so it will probably reappear soon).

Awesome! Personally, I am hoping that Toad would be playable in this game. Toad needs to get his backbone back. He had it way back in SMB2 and WW. Tanooki Toads are cute!

Not sure if this counts, but here goes. We all remember this:
But, listen to this song from 3DS. The relevant part starts at ten seconds in.
The only problem comes if the original was based on an existing song. I don't think so, though.

That's interesting. I know the Mii Plaza Music was based on a real song, but is it the same case with the Mario Drawing Song, or was it used before the competition in other Mario media? Also, some speculation here but when I first saw Draglet (メラゴン Meragon), from the castle levels I thought it looked like a little bit like Tamagon, but now looking at the official artwork it's easier to tell more of the differences between them, and I don't think of much of Draglet resembling Tamagon anymore.
