It is a really nice idea and I'll look forward to reading future episodes if you keep the project up, just keep the Pokemon deaths to a minimum, there's few things more heartbreaking than a dead Pokemon (Lavender Town ruined my childhood). Kill as many humans as you want though, nobody cares about them.

Okay, I have to say it. Drunk Bulbasaur looks uncannily like Simon's cat. Are they family?
Anyways, great work, looking forward to more. Inappropriate times for references and Pokemon doing extraordinary things, what more could you ask for?

It is a really nice idea and I'll look forward to reading future episodes if you keep the project up, just keep the Pokemon deaths to a minimum, there's few things more heartbreaking than a dead Pokemon (Lavender Town ruined my childhood). Alright guys, I'm gonna make this a daily update thing, so if any of you have ideas for stories, lemme know! I'll be sure to credit you on the site when I get to it. It'll be difficult enough for me to come up with 151 different stories XD

A drunk Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff in a bar reminiscing about her past as a part of the anime's cast.
Zubats enjoying a good time, annoying trainers, only to be confronted by some Pikachu or something and all getting owned simultaneously.
Doduo/Dodrio using Fly
A super tough Magikarp feared not only for being tough but also for what people think he'll be like when it evolves into a Gyarados.
Brawl's Charizard getting a/multiple concussion(s) after utilizing Rock Smash so much, and getting revenge on the trainer for it, clumsily.
Ekans/Arbok getting a hand driven down their throat, only for it to flip them inside out to reveal a common variety snake/cobra.
A Weezing using explode. The main, big head getting hit right before exploding by Fake Out and only the small head explodes.
That good enough for now?

A blastoise manages to make it to the ruins of the burning hosiptial from the Venusaur comic, and says "what did I miss? It's hard to run on these stubby little legs of mine." (Or is that too depressing?)
A Golem disapontted about the loss of his extra arms after it evolution from Graveller.
And for the Machamp comic, have it being really happy with it's extra arms, saying "just imagine what I could do with these extra limbs!" and then have him doing something really mundane.

Like, I don't want a Raichu complaining how Pikachu stole any spotlight he would've received. I'll consider the Zubat one and the Doduo/Dodrio gave me an awesome idea! The Magikarp one could work as well, but as with the Jigglypuff, I'm not gonna do Brawl Charizard since he's already an established character. Machoke sees how awesome it is to have four arms, and when he finally gets them, he uses them all to eat three meals and change the channel on the TV at the same time XD I love these! And explodes. And he does that everywhere, including dates.
Gloom and it's smell (according to Pokedex entries) is so called "LSD"-drug in the Pokemon World. A scene where we see street kids trying it and going all trippy.

With Alakazam's Sapphire Pokedex description, you have a lot of potential for comics:
"Alakazam's brain continually grows, infinitely multiplying brain cells. This amazing brain gives this Pokémon an astoundingly high IQ of 5,000. It has a thorough memory of everything that has occurred in the world."
Trainer in the ocean, or on a boat... or anything that isn't the ground sends out a Diglett or Dugtrio (doesn't really matter which). Diglett/Dugtrio has problems with the ground (could be at the ocean floor in the ocean or springing a leak in the ship's hull)
A 3 part comic that dictates the life of a Poliwag becoming a Frog some day (similar to the 3 part comic about bulbasaur). It finally evolves from a poliwhirl, only to still be a tadpole... thing
And as for the Weezing one you said before, so it doesn't include another pokemon that isn't Weezing, change the fact that it gets hit by Fake Out to it being paralyzed. Trainer orders explosion, one head is shown to be fully paralyzed while the other starts glowing. (yes, I'm stating this one again cause it was my favorite one >.>)
