Okay, I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread made for this...I know there are a lot of references to Mother 3 in Black and White, but since I'm strapped for time, I'm just gonna go ahead and post that... Thrash sounds suspiciously like the opening theme to Mario. Just saying. I'll get to the other cameos later. Here's some more. In Driftveil's Ground Gym, there are two trainers named Isaac and Felix. Like the Earth Adepts in Golden Sun. The move Round is similar to the attack system in Mother 3 (and my source says Mother 1 as well but I've never played it.). It increases power if used consecutively and is shown as music notes. Waitress is apparently based on Tessie from Mother 3. Compare Drilbur and Excadrill with Mischievous Mole and Reconstructed Mole respectively. N's Farewell Theme and Mother 3's Love Theme are both audibly similar. Here's a video comparing the Green Train song from Mother 3 and the Surf music from Black and White. It's a little hard to tell but this video mashes them together and they fit together perfectly. Run my Dog, Run and Route 10 compared.

Music cameos are ALWAYS very dodgy. Songs can sound a bit like other songs. It happens all the time. The trick isn't to notice that X sounds like Y, but to establish that the connection is intentional. This is done either by the songs being identical, the developer saying so, or some visual connection.
The Driftveil gym is cool though. I totally accept that into the NinDB cameo super-fun-list!
The rest are... tenuous.

Most are. But you gotta admit, the Drilbur/Excadrill one is pretty similar too, considering Creatures Inc. worked on both games I'm sure there was something there...

I alluded to these references in this thread. Most were gathered across Bulbapedia, image boards (I believe) and spread around other sites, and also posted on these forums on a thread listing Pokémon facts. I'm convinced by the Tessie one, and find the similarities between Mischievous Mole and Reconstructed Mole with Drilbur/Excadrill interesting, but as Fryguy suggested, we'd need harder proof. In Chee-Chai Alien, (not published by Nintendo, but developed by Creatures) the same "!" bubble from encountering a Trainer is used in one of the minigames associated with the Chaliens (its on No. 45 at least). It's the minigame where you have to pave over some grass, while avoiding a farmer, otherwise the exclamation appears over his head and he'll chase after you. This is unsurprising, since Creatures Inc. do own 1/3 of the copyright to the Pokémon franchise. Also, I know this is irrelevant to the site, but in Pokémon Pinball (developed by Jupiter) the music engine is based on the one from Pokémon Gold and Silver, meaning you can use the same codes to change the music in a similar sense to some codes from Link's Awakening being compatible in For the Frog the Bell Tolls. On the topic of Chee-Chai Alien, there are Chaliens designed to look the Game Boy Advance (No. 108) and Dolphin (GameCube) [No.75]. I don't know if they cameo in No No No Puzzle Chalien or Spin Six... (essentially a re-release of the KuriPachi 6 mode) but Hirokecha, another interesting Chalien does cameo in No No No Puzzle Chalien and looks similar to the Starmen from MOTHER and Earthbound.
