Guuuuyyyss!!! Vita comes out in just over a week! Is anybody getting one? I will...eventually. At my job, we get fake money for doing extra shit, like working on holidays. We can then USE this money to buy gift cards to places like Best Buy, which I will do once I accumulate 100 of 'em.
Gonna get me a WiFi Vita for $150 and play it like a bawss.

The Vita is an impressive device, but then I found out about the whole "hidden cost" of those PS Vita memory cards that are required. In a age where SD cards exist, it's seems very stupid of Sony to do that.
(Also need to see subscription Wi-fi fees and crap for my region, so that adds up as well)
Finally at this time I don't see any "must have/system seller" games (from my point of view) at this time.

Does the Vita get totally rad games that aren't going to be ported to the PS3? Probably but I haven't really been paying attention!
Only reason getting one crossed my mind was more goofball characters for that SFxTekken game, but that's about it.
Hell I still need to get myself a 3DS first, probably when Kid Icarus finally pops up...

So far Gravity Daze (directed by Keiichiro Toyama of Silent Hill 1 fame and Siren fame) is the only reason I want the PS Vita, that and also because there are a few PSP games I wanna buy in the PS store (I never bought the PSP). So yeah, I'm getting Vita when it comes.  |

The Vita's gonna get Final Fantasy X HD and Metal Gear Solid Collection in HD. That's enough reason for me to spend money on its sexy surface.

I just found out the NA and PAL release dates for Gravity Rush has been confirmed. June 12th for the former and June 13th for the latter. Very happy to hear that!^^ It should give me more then enough time to save up money for a Vita and the game.
Sony also confirmed that the game is going to see both a retail and download release.
So has anybody here got PS Vita yet?

I caved and bought myself a 3G/WiFi Bundle Vita for the ridiculously low price of $220. That's cheaper than my 3DS. Now I'll be able to finally enjoy Rayman Origins in all its HD glory...on the toilet.

Yeah, I heard about those. Apparently they're based on a Japanese pun that the singers name means "white" and "fun" or something.

Another odd but funny Vita commercial. From what I heard, this one touts the upcoming Japanese lineup by combining all of the titles into the name of an intense exchange student in a Japanese school.
