Slightly unsure if these two could as cameos or just customised content that made to be a cameo and only appears in the trailer and not the final game.
New trailer for AC 3DS, reveals what looks like a Iwata "picture board"* in it (At 1:02)
*There's gotta be a better name for it, it's one of those boards with an image on oneside and a cut out hole which you stick your face through on the other side and than have your photo taken.
The 2nd cameo is Zelda's outfit from Skyward Sword (at 1:22) but it appears to be created with the ingame clothing editing tool (also QR code for it is shown)
(While not a cameo who else here thinks the starship bridge room (at 1:56) looks really awesome?)

Some cameos from recent Japanese Animal Crossing Nintendo Direct.
Mario Super Mushroom, Starman and Green Shell furniture items at 25:37.
New DJ KK can have "Famicom nights" (35:10) where he plays chiptune music (maybe this one isn't necessarly a cameo as it just sounds like original chiptune music that not a cameo from any other game?)

Various Nintendo furniture items can be acquired by buying and eating a fortune cookie from Timmy & Tommy's shop. You'll get a randomly-numbered fortune with a supposedly cryptic message that pertains to the type of prize you'll earn. Said number determines what it is. Saw this on NeoGAF.The "Nintendo Ace" appears on this "card hand" carpet. (Don't know the actual name of the carpet). It's not the best image, because there's the blue chest of drawers on it, but it's an ace with that distinctive set of triangles around it's edge.  (Ace as it appears in Pikmin 2 for comparison)

(Ace as it appears in Pikmin 2 for comparison) The whole Card Furniture Item Series (seen here) is actually based on NAP 1039 after looking it up on the official card site. Also, next month during the fireworks festival they'll be various pre-video game items up for raffle such as a few toys from the Ultra line and the love tester. |

I don't own this game. I'm not sure I can face the time-sink that is another Animal Crossing game. However, I understand you can now take screenshots directly from the game now. Any chance those of you with the game could start collecting screenshots of cameo furniture, items and clothes is there?

Despite being such a massive Nintendo dork I've never had any interest in spending playcoins on that goofy cameo furniture. Might be able to take a few shots here and there though from the occasional house I streetpass Also there was that official Pikmin 3 house in the streetpass zone with custom Pikmin tiles and such, but I deleted it so I can't help you there  |
