So yeah, I'm totally doing videos now! Don't worry, I'm still planning on getting the rest of those drawings done. Eventually. But why limit myself? I've got Nintober coming up, I've got quite a few ideas for videos in the pipeline... I've even been playing around with Flash animation. Fry's gettin' creative! Don't worry, I'm currently scripting and recording game footage for the next review (Mario Kart Wii) then have another related review lined up straight after.
I also have a couple of shorter videos planned.
I'm currently fishing for ideas for future reviews as well. Ones I can go into a little depth on - either ones people moan about that are quite good really, or ones that I moan about that other people seem to like.
This won't be getting in the way of Nintober either. Got lots planned for that too.
And Teev, what did you have in mind?

I was thinking about your video series, and I think there is a very real niche you could make for yourself. I'm talking about games that have only been released in Europe like Pandora's Tower and Another Code: R. I think by doing games that are less well known, you can get interest from a lot of different people.

^ I think this sounds like a splendid idea, and I'd certainly be interested if Fry decided to go this route. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing a review of Disaster: Day of Crisis. I think he posted a written review of it here on the forum back when it came out, but I'd love to see a video version.

I've thought about it, although as I've started recording footage of as much gameplay as I can and there's just SO many cameos out there. And really people are interested in the latest cameos. I have considered a Totaka's Song video though. And I've got quite a few further videos in mind  I do like the idea of reviewing Disaster: Day of Crisis. I don't think many people played it. |
