Frederick's support with MU is the same for male and female. I imagine the same line will appear in the female MU version as well. Nothing particularly suggestive in this conversation, though.

Well, we know of what various returning FE characters/content, but apparently NoA has called the DLC that focuses on Roy and Ike the "Smash Pack" whose 3 individual DLC packs are called the "Smash Brethren" (1,2 and 3)
The Lyn card is also a reward for Smash Brethren 3 but that might just be a coincidence. (Because Lyn appears in 3rd Smash Bros game)

Yeah, the Lyn thing is just a coincidence. In Japan the series is called Red vs. Blue, so NoA is just being cute.
