Armikrog, Possible sequel to Neverhood

Did any of you like the Neverhood? Well Doug TenNapel is working on a new game called Armikrog that is pretty much a sequel to that game!

However he needs your help:

-Point and click adventure for the PC.

-Terry S. Taylor, the award winning composer of The Neverhood soundtrack, will be composing and performing an entirely new original soundtrack for the game.

-The game will feature voice work from Michael J. Nelson, Veronica Belmont, Rob Paulson, and more!

What do you guys think?

Neverhood is one of those games that sits somewhere in my humongous backlog of games I need to play, but won't because I'm a chump who just replays the same ol' whenever I'd have the time for it.

I always dug the style it had going on though so alright fine, 5 bucks coming their way.

If it weren't for the completely assholish beliefs TenNaple has, I'd donate. And all that means is I'll probably cave when the game comes out. After all, the game is shaping up impressively.

Eh I was afraid that would get brought up. You can't stop loving good art just because of the artist's beliefs. No more could I stop loving my parents because they are conservatives.

I hope this gets made for the sake of art and original game ideas.

I'll agree with you up to a point. I don't read TenNaple's comics (More due to the fact that they aren't exactly mass printed than anything), so I can't really comment on if he's reached that point yet. Some artists due, however. See Orson Scott Card.

My point is, once you let your politics enter your works, you're walking a thin line. Let's hope someone keeps him in check, as they did with his previous games.
