AKA What SSE Should Have Been
Anyway, let's cut to the chase here. The new Smash Run mode on Smash 3DS has already got a lot of us going. The main grab of it is that it features many more enemies from other series. Let's go over those enemies:
Of course, Mario's got its share of its well known mooks. Goombas, Hammer Bros, Lakitus, Shy Guys...
DK's got a nice deal here. Kremlings (welcome back, guys) and Tikis together at last! Pity it's too late for Snowmads, though.
Zelda so far has the Stalfos (OoT). But there should be more of those than that, and from more than just OoT. (Octoroks should be retained as well)
Metroid's just got the Kihunter Space Pirates so far. If they got the Hammer Bro to work as both an Assist Trophy and enemy in Brawl, why not the Metroid itself here? And what else could Metroid use here?
Kirby's got TAC, Waddle Dees, Shotzo, Gordos, and Plasma Wisp. There may be some more of those, but these guys are the best the series has!
Mega Man got the Mettaur, but what will Sonic get?
Pikmin's got the Bulborb, but I'm sure there will be more of those too.
Of course, Kid Icarus has its share, which looks good. But also those damned Mimicuties, of all things, unfortunately.
In terms of Pokemon, we've got Chandelure. We could definitely use more of these. The more hostile species of Pokemon, perhaps?
Oh, and the Subspace enemies are back too. But in the midst of several other Nintendo enemies, they suddenly don't feel so out of place anymore!
Now, what more enemies do you guys think there should be in there? From other series too?
