Now, to be fair, I see no mention of this person being Masahiro Sakurai's wife. She could happen to be married to someone also surnamed Sakurai and have the same career path as Masahiro Sakurai for all we know (a sister-in-law can do all that, for example).
Apparently, she's the person behind that unique UI style in Sakurai's games (also partially absorbed by HAL's post-Sakurai games). She's also the other employee of Sora when they were first formed (remember Sakurai saying Sora had only 2 employees from the start? Some has correctly guessed that the other being Mrs Sakurai).
Not exactly shocking news, but interesting regardless.
