It's apparently been four years since our last attempt at doing a Secret Santa, and even then, it failed miserably. Admittedly, I don't think I ever participated in one myself, but I just thought I'd ask and see if any of you would be interested in trying one again this year.

As for gifts, the usual fan arts are always nice. Or for those of us not good at drawing, maybe writing a short fan fic could work. Also, we could gift someone a digital game on Wii U or 3DS eShops or the Wii Shop Channel (although, I'm not sure they work across regions), or even over Steam or GOG. However, I definitely don't want anyone to feel pressured to spend their hard-earned cash, so nothing pricey if you decide to go that route. Or you can do whatever other ideas you have. The whole idea here is just to do a little something nice for each other.

I don't have a specific plan laid out for this. I'm just gauging interest, and we'll work out the details if it comes to that.

So, are any of you interested in doing a Secret Santa this year?

Ugh.... I'll pass? Unless someone wants something from me that is, but then it wouldn't be secret anymore.

Let's see:
Art -- I can't draw, compose, edit, or do anything artistically.
Gift games -- My systems are Japanese.
I can make game video captures, but that hardly counts as anything and I have too few Wii U games. Maybe edit a Wii U game's footage and replace the BGM or something...

nocturnal YL: A bit late, but I started Aiyoku no Eustia. I have nothing to say about the story yet because the demo lasted 6 hours and I haven't got past that. There's no save data transfer feature, fast-forwarding takes a while, and I stopped to read at some points. Nov 3, 2024 6:47:31 GMT -5

nocturnal YL: Aiyoku no Eustia is quite something. I thought I've somewhat hardened myself having gone through dark stories like Fire Emblem (Jugdral, Hoshido/Nohr, Fódlan) and Surge Concerto, but I'm still stunned. (Still doesn't beat real life, though.) Nov 10, 2024 15:17:23 GMT -5
