Hello! First, I would like to thank NinDB for his excellent work. I researched on the internet a list of all Nintendo games and after finally created my own, I found this wonderful site where I could compare my work. Thank you for that! I recently created a Youtube channel that revisits throught their music, using video, all Nintendo games in chronological order. I would like to know what you think about it. Can you give me your opinion, please? Thank you all! I've just finish the year 1988, so there's not much games yet, but I'm happy with my work. I'll just say this: I'm impressed to see a library of ALL Nintendo music.
I think music for some newer systems will be ridiculously hard to find. I had encountered difficulties getting Yoshi Touch & Go music, for example.

For sure, It will be a long journey of hard work. The music of the NES era are easy to find, but it still a long process of gameplay caption, montage and music editing, so I think it'll take me few years before I'll do the games of 2005 (I've just finish the games of 1988!!). At the moment, I still don't know what I'll do for the Virtual Boy games...

This is a very ambitious project, but very cool. Subscribed! Welcome to the forum, by the way!

It's a very ambitious project, I'm impressed with what you've been able to do so far. That said I do think that your project is much too broad. It seems that rather than chronicling the history of Nintendo music, you're doing any game which Nintendo happens to publish, regardless if it is a genuine Nintendo product or not.

Yes, that's true, I include in my list the 2nd party Nintendo games. I think even if no Nintendo studio has produced the games, the company still has a say in their creation. Nintendo's history, it's also all those who, even if they're not from Kyoto, are involved in the development of an exceptional game library.

I was actually referring to games from Rare like R.C. Pro-Am and Astonishment. Games which Nintendo published, but have no ownership rights at all.
