Since we always go through these, let's get the topic going. Game Explain has a video showcasing the colors in the demo:


Mario
now has his Mario Maker/ Odyssey builder outfit as well as the Odyssey wedding outfit.

Samus
has a new black and yellow suit color. It appears to be original. (We now know this is because of Dark Samus' debut.)

Standard: His standard appearance in Breath of the Wild.
Green: The Hero of the Wild set from BotW.
Red: The Hylian tunic from BotW.
Grey: Still Fierce Deity Link.
Blue: Looks like the Royal Guard uniform from BotW. The shield looks like the Royal Guard shield.
Viridan: Twilight Princess Link.
White: Skyloft Link again.
Black: Dark Link/Dark Interloper.

Zelda
New dark color.

Meta Knight
New and improved Galacta Knight

Pink: Greatly resembles Skidda from Donkey Kong Country 3 for some reason.
Grey: Looks like one of the alternate palettes in Donkey Kong:King of Swing.

Isabelle

I don't think that Zelda alt is meant to be based off of Hilda, it doesn't really follow her colour scheme. I also think that gold Ridley is meant to be based off of his boss statue from Super.

I think you're right on Zelda, and I'm not sold on Ridley at all. I personally don't think it's based on anything; I included it just because the image did. When we get clean pics of the palettes closer to launch I'll remove it.
