As before, these are all old finds but I'm noting them here as they aren't on the site.
(Believed to be) unused character sprite:
Left: Original Mendel Palace sprites; Right: In Pokémon Game Boy Advance games
This character is actually a revamped version of the sumos from Mendel Place, another Game Freak game tcrf.net/Pok%C3%A9mon_Ruby_and_Sapphire#Unused%20Overworld%20sprite He appears stretched in this appearance for some reason (maybe to test large overworld sprites).
Kiri (キリ):
A minor Pokémon character from Sootopolis City who gives the player berries. According to the official Game Freak website, Junichi Masuda named this character after his daughter, who was born around the same time as Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire's release in Japan.
