Special Tee Shot is a golf game that was eventually released as Kirby's Dream Course. Before the redesign, the character was originally a red ball with eyes.
Even though Kirby replaced him, in 1996 (about two years after the Japan release of Kirby's Dream Course), a version of the original Special Tee Shot was available on the Satellaview.
It appears however that there was a 1992 prototype that may have been available on cartridge?

This and apparently there is a VidPro scan of it as a retail game.
(According to Google VidPro were a Canadian company who made promotional displays for retailers such as Toys 'R Us)
