Right, here is a list of Zelda cameos. Can anyone think of any that I've missed?
Super Mario Bros. 3 (FC/NES 1988)
- Use the magic whistle, and the same flute tune from The Legend of Zelda plays.
Tetris (NES 1989)
- Completing Mode B on Speed 9, height 5 will give you a scene filled with Nintendo characters. Amongst them is Link, playing the flute.
F-1 Race (GB 1990)
- Link greets you before Course 5. He can be seen again during the game's ending.
Super Mario All-Stars (SFC/SNES 1993)
aka. Super Mario Collection (JP)
- In Super Mario Bros. 3, use the magic whistle, and the same flute tune from The Legend of Zelda plays. (from the original Super Mario Bros. 3).
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest (SFC/SNES 1995)

- If you collect less than 20 DK Coins then you can see Link on Cranky's Video Game Heroes podium at the end of the game.

Kirby Super Star (SFC/SNES 1996)

- Kirby's Sword ability gives him a green hat and attacks like Link. His sword is based on the Master Sword.
- During the Great Cave Offensive, the last treasure to collect is the Triforce.
Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble (SFC/SNES 1996)

- After buying the shell from Bazaar Bear, ask about the castle but refuse to pay for the story. He tells you that Link was there asking about the castle as well.
Super Smash Bros. (N64 1999)
aka. Nintendo Allstar! Dairantou Smash Brothers (JP)
- Link is one of the playable fighters. He appears on stage in a magical blue portal from Ocarina of Time.
- One of the stages is set on the roof of Hyrule Castle. Whirlwinds appear to throw characters around. The music is the Zelda theme from The Legend of Zelda.
- The Heart Container item can be collected to restore health.
Mario Golf (N64 1999)

- A number of Zelda character names appear on the scoreboard, including: Darunia, Deku Scrub, Goron Kid, Impa, Link, Malon, Navi, Saria, Sheik, Talon, Zelda

- In "My Room" mode you can see different games on the TV when you decorate your room with a Nintendo console. On the NES you can see The Legend of Zelda, on SNES you can see A Link to the Past, and on N64 you can see Ocarina of Time.

- Link and Zelda/Shiek are playable characters. Young Link and Ganondorf are unlockable characters.

- Hyrule: Temple is a stage based on a number of Zelda games. The music is the dungeon theme from Zelda II.
- The third stage in Adventure Mode is set inside a Zelda dungeon as you hunt for the Triforce. ReDeads, Octoroks and Like Likes get in your way, and if you find a Master Sword then you have to fight Link.
- The Bunny Hood item makes your character faster and jump higher.
- The Heart Container item refills your health.

The Master Sword (with pedestal) can be collected as furniture for your house.
- The Anju Shirt and Kaffe Shirt are named after the characters that wore them in Majora's Mask.
- The Legend of Zelda is a secret unlockable NES game.
Hamtaro: Ham Ham Heartbreak (GBA 2002)

- The merchant Ham Ham says "Buy somethin' will ya?" when he knocks the price of his goods down. This was said by the merchants in The Legend of Zelda.
- When you have collected the three marbles, you become the hero of legend, and must travel to a mysterious pedestal in Sunny Peak. It looks like the Master Sword, but once pulled out it turns out to be the Legendary Spoon.

- The Legend of Zelda microgame has you move Link through a doorway with enemies in the way. From The Legend of Zelda.

Final Fantasy (FC) - the Japanese version has a grave marked "here lies Link" - if anyone can get a screenshot of this from the untranslated Japanese version, I would be thankful.
Soul Calibur II (GC) - Link is a playable character and has a load of Zelda-themed weapons.

- Rayman 3 - apparently there's a reference to Zelda when a character is being mean to a fairy. This one's licensed, and not Nintendo-published, so no rush
