Saw this info from Twitter In an utterly bizarre reason a bunch of games on the NA DSiWare games (that all seem to be around 10 years old or released before mid May 2010 or 2011) have been delisted without warning from the NA 3DS eShop. Current causalities - Asphalt 4 - X-Scape (Nintendo) - Aura Climber (Nintendo) - Zenonia - Spotto! (Nintendo) - Shantae Risky's Revenge (not a DSiware exclusive anymore but has Director's Cut versions on other stores) - Mighty Flip Champs - Escapee GO! - Dr. Mario Express (Nintendo) - Mr. Driller (this one has been delisted from PAL for years) - Soul of Darkness - Legends of Exidia - Spin Six (Nintendo) - The Oregon Trail - Glow Artisan EDIT: Electroplankton Nanocarp is not on NA store so most likely the rest is gone (still up on PAL) Currently checking the PAL store to see what has happened here and the games that were released here are still up, Aura Climber, Art Style games, Spin Six, Glow Artisan. (Titles like Escapee GO! and Shantae RR never got a PAL release) I have found one game that I can't buy anymore that that's Alphabounce is not available to purchase anymore. EDIT 2: Current causality list is at 245 games according to da12thkind. da12thkind.com/2021/01/04/alert-dsi-ware-games-being-de-listed-off-3ds-eshop/As someone who just spent a good amount of money on DSiWare in the past 24 hours because of this, if your in PAL or JP regions and you have been holding out on buying DSiWare games you want, you may want to do it now. I recommend NintendoLife as they seem to have reviewed every DSiWare title as a good starting point.

Old news by now, but it seems that most of the delisted games have since been restored. Maybe it was just a mistake.
