Following the Exa-Arcadia release, Sunsoft's Gimmick has finally been re-released for Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One ^^. Formally you had to pay a lot of money for it or buy the digital version of the PlayStation game Memorial * Series: Sunsoft Vol. 6 for PlayStation Network with the worse music (I don't think you can do that anymore either).

The special edition adds rewind and restore features, as well as a "serious" mode with achievements.

Trip World DX will be coming on September 28, 2023 also with a Limited Run Game Boy Color cartridge re-release, adding Color graphics. Similarly, Trip World has been expensive, and though it was re-released digitally on Nintendo 3DS eShop the eShop is closed now.

I decided to focus on the endless task of my own closed wiki project SanrioWiki.com instead for the company behind Hello Kitty et. al many others but on odd occasions not just a generic licensing company like when they did Sirius and the Fire Child film. Everything is notable even if just a minor Hello Kitty card xD for the sweet madness of it ^^

I think it's cool that Gimmick finally got an official re-release, but I think the game would be too hard for me.

I like that Sunsoft has formally re-entered the game industry, though. I wonder if they'll do their own new Blaster Master games now that Inti Creates is probably done with the Blaster Master Zero series. (Interestingly, Sunsoft's English localization and PR guy, Matt Papa, used to work at Inti Creates.)

nocturnal YL: A bit late, but I started Aiyoku no Eustia. I have nothing to say about the story yet because the demo lasted 6 hours and I haven't got past that. There's no save data transfer feature, fast-forwarding takes a while, and I stopped to read at some points. Nov 3, 2024 6:47:31 GMT -5

nocturnal YL: Aiyoku no Eustia is quite something. I thought I've somewhat hardened myself having gone through dark stories like Fire Emblem (Jugdral, Hoshido/Nohr, Fódlan) and Surge Concerto, but I'm still stunned. (Still doesn't beat real life, though.) Nov 10, 2024 15:17:23 GMT -5
