I made these two videos which includes both third-party and Nintendo published games. There may be omissions though. The sources are No-Intro listings which mark "NP", where there is no other Japanese release, as well as a now dead page by syou526 on the GB Memory Cartridge.
I feel it's likely I made a few omissions or mistakes, so if you know any let me know. ^^
This doesn't count games which were later released on standard cartridge like Power Soukoban, Sutte Hakkun, Mini 4WD: Let's & Go!! Power WGP2, Wrecking Crew '98.

Dr. Mario (stand-alone version; other than Dr. Mario BS Version (the Satellaview broadcast) and Nintendo Gateway System (airplanes/hotel services) it seems normally it was only ever released as Tetris & Dr. Mario.
Famicom Bunko: Hajimari no Mori (later released on Wii Virtual Console, Wii U Virtual Console in Japan. A Game Boy Color version was planned as evident by a 2020 Game Boy lot check leak)
Famicom Tantei Club Part II: Ushiro ni Tatsu Shoujo (remake of the original Famicom Disk System game, and later released on Wii Virtual Console, Wii U Virtual Console in Japan)
