To get custom Nintendo avatars, go to the nintendo site, right click on the image,click properties,highlight the address(URL), copy it with ctrl c(or right click and left click COPY),then go to profile paste the URL and there you go!!!!!

I really REALLY would prefer it if people didn't do that - only because we end up with problems like Nintyboyuno had, where a giant image is squeezed into a 100x100 space, slowing down the loading of the forums for everyone.
If you really want a custom Nintendo avatar, either request one, or make sure you resize it in a paint program to 100x100 and no more and have it hosted somewhere.

65x65 is absolutely fine, as is 70x70 (all of the custom avatars here) or anything up to 100x100. 100x100 is just the maximum size an image shows up here, so using bigger images just means they get squashed, look rubbish, take too long to load, and slow the forum down. Morgan, if there are any requests for Nintendo-themed avatars, and you happen to make some, then I can host them, but I will also make them available to anyone in the avatar list. I can also knock some up if people can think of anything that's missing. I've got quite a wodge of rare Nintendo artwork, and can get more  |
