The Rad Project

This is a comparison between a rather pedestrian Famicom platform game called "Magic John" and its localized NES version titled "Totally Rad." It's absolutely hilarious; I couldn't stop laughing! The US localization team completely changed the two main characters and added a bunch of surf slang. The apathy the characters show in the US version is staggering. ("Jake, I kinda want my dad back, ya know?")

And be sure to check out the scans of the instruction manual. They added random photos of things that have NOTHING to do with the game! ("I thought I lost this picture! I totally forgot that I stuck it in this manual.")

It's, like, most excellent, dude! ;D
