Mario the Musicman? Never heard of it... Also did a quick Google search but didn't find anything.

:)I found out that it was going to come out around the same time as hotel mario but since the philips CDI failed it was canned, but i did get some info on it.
You go around diffrent worlds stomping on goombas that make a trumpet sound or koopas that would make a gutair sound depending on whichj you stepped on you would get to hear the song you creted kind of like mario paint's music part

I think Phlips at one point where planning to release a Super Mario game(similar to Mario World) for CD-i but it was canned.

The only new mario game thats coming out is Super Mario 64x4 for the DS.

Yeah, that was called Super Mario Wacky Worlds, it had the normal Super Mario World sprites, but the levels looked completely different, they looked very... un-Mario-ish. > Screenies here < |

It's not a joke... all the Nintendo-licensed CDi games looked that bad. Zelda's Adventure actually looks much worse  |
