Oh, and for those of you who don't know, RE0 is Resident Evil Zero, and REmake is Resident Evil Biohazard.
I haven't included the other REs because they are just direct ports from other systems, and not worth mentioning.

It has to be Ubisoft's Charlie's Angels, a game so scary that I still have nightmares about it after renting it "just for a laugh".

After all these years it's still Eternal Darkness for me. Why not ResiEvil? Well, I find it's hard to be scared when you're bored witless.
Maybe ResiEvil 4 will shake off my bad experiences with the series though. It looks like it'll be more action-packed than the usual creeping around, solving old puzzles, then being scared by a zombie.
