Back in 2001 Nintendo and Hal relesed Super Smash Bros. Melee the sequal to the million seller, Super Smash Bros. Its now Feb 28 2005 and no info or anything about a Sequal has been anounced. Some speculation has hovered around players and Die-Hard fans alike. E3 will be apon us this May and they'll show the new Revolution. Will we see a SSB sequal or will be shuned aging. I'll anilize this problem so you dont have to
Why it will come: 1) first of its a money maker. Nintendos a company, so they care about there income. So they wont shun the GC's bestseller. 2)the revolution. With a new system out Hal may do a sequal to make it better then Melee. 3)Rumors run rampade. We have heard many a rumor about the SSB but none of them have been right yet. Could Nintendo really be keeping it under raps and that the N members have been spilling secrets or have they all been dirty lies. 4) Everyone wants its. Thats about it.
Now the Why it wont. 1)The Creator of SSB left. Its hard to do a game like SSB. without his inspiration it might not be possible. But Hal is still making Kirby games 2)Its been SOOOO long. No news no nothing. How do we know ones in prodution.
I dont have a crystal ball so I'll wont know at that until May, so we'll just have to wait.

Nintendo has a reputation for keeping games unknown for as long as the want them to stay unknown. Nintendo Pennant Chase Baseball is a good example. It had to have been in development for no less then 2 years, but was only announced about 2 months before it's schedualed release date.
Nintendo is working on a new SSB game. Obviosly. And they'll announce it when ever they're ready to. And, if it's going to use Revolution exclusive features, they'll probably announce it soon.

I would say a DS or Rev SSB title is probably in the works. I wouldn't be surprised if the DS one is more likely, what with wireless networking and all that gubbins allowing a bumload of players.
When E3 rolls around Nintendo will wheel out a nice surprise, like they always do. Whether it's SSBDS or Kid Icarus GC or something we won't know until they pull it out. I mean just look at TWW2 - who saw THAT coming?

I want it on Revolution more. It's because that I think graphics is one of the important factor for a game like that. Also, a DS card's size is only 1 GB, even smaller than GC's 1.4 GB.
