I only have two DS games. Feel The Magic, and Super Mario 64 DS. So I'd have to go with Super Mario 64 DS.

My current favorite Nintendo DS game: Pokemon Dash It's my favorite DS game even though it's not out in the US and Europe yet.

I have one game and two demos... so I guess Super Mario 64 DS is my favourite so far. Though I'm most looking forward to WarioWare Touched! and Yoshi's Touch & Go.

It'll be a few more days before I can get any more games, so Super Mario 64 DS would be my favorite at the moment... I'm looking forward to WarioWare Touched! and Pokémon Dash, though.

I'll say WarioWare.
Mario 64DS is not totally "new" (It is a port of Mario 64 with a lot of new stuff), and I personally don't think its replay value is high. Just getting stars and repeat and repeat. It's better than Mario Sunshine, which is too hard*, anyway.
For another game that I've tried, Pokemon Dash, is just too hard for me.
For WarioWare, however, has a high replay value that can keep you playing for a long time. For the negative side, though, is that the game is just too easy.
(what I own are only WarioWare and Metroid Prime, but I can borrow Pokemon Dash and Mario 64DS.)
EDIT: Maybe it's just because I don't have much time on playing Mario Sunshine, and thus its progress came out to be slow.

How can you complain that Super Mario Sunshine is too hard? It's harder than Super Mario 64, for sure, but it's easier than Banjo-Tooie and Donkey Kong 64. Maybe you're just not cut out for certain kinds of game.
And if that's the case then you shouldn't really be judging what's hard or not.
Super Mario 64 DS is new in that it came out in the last year. That's my rule... it came out in the last week for most Europeans!

Uhhhh now I own Touch & Go...
That makes four games if you count the Metroid Prime First Hunt demo.
I gotta admit, all four are amazing. But in the end, my favorite is SM64DS
