What are some that you're looking forward to?
I never really get too excited about third party games, but I hear Namco is making Xenosaga for the DS, and I also think Konami's Lost in Blue looks interesting.

I WAS looking forward to Snowboard Kids DS until I saw what Atlus had done to the super-deformed big nosed characters. Now they look more like "Bratz" dolls.
So long as Goemon remains an adventure, I guess I'm kinda looking forward to that. It would be even better if it was a completely 3D game like on the N64. The first Mystical Ninja 64 remains one of my favourite third-party games ever.

I'm looking forward to the DS installment of Final Fantasy, as was announced some time ago. Apparently it'll be a "Crystal Chronicles" type one, or so the temporary name leads me to believe. (good grammer! Yay!)
The only 1st party DS games I am currently looking forward to are Kirby Cursed Canvas and "Another Code" (I'm really hoping very hard that this one will be released outside of Japan; there aren't enough "point and click" style adventures from Nintendo)

I'm all for third party games.
Lost in Blue looks pretty nice. CastleVania DS does as well. Pac-'n'-Roll and Pac-Pix are also on that list.
With others of course.

I haven't actually heard of many 3rd party DS games in development yet... But I guess I'm looking forward to Sonic DS, assuming it's not total crap. But what I'm looking forward to the most is Pokémon Diamond & Pearl.

I probably won't buy it, but Lost in Blue looks cool. The game I'm really looking forward to is Katamari Damacy DS.

Meteos is third party, right?
That. That's what I'm keeping my eye on.

In Japan it is developed and published third-party... but Meteos will be published by Nintendo in America if the reports are true.

Well, well, well...
That's pretty cool. Don't assk me why, but I'm always a bit hesitant regarding 3rd party titles - they can be very good, and they can be very bad (same goes for everywhere, I know).
But Meteos has the master behind SSB behind it... and if NoA publishes it, then it gets better!
I think this game may very well make it to my colelction... ;D

While you guys are calling him "the master behind SSB" or "the Kirby creator", do you know that his name is Masahiro Sakurai?
I'll just wait for how Meteos is going, and decide whether I'll buy it or not.

He has a name??? I'm kidding, of course. I am aware that he has a name, and that it is Masahiro Sakurai. ;D

His name is Masahiro Sakurai! His name is Masahiro Sakurai! His name is Robert Palson... whoops!
(note: joke will not make sense if you have not seen Fight Club... in which case the joke will make sense, but the film itself probably won't)

Great movie Fight Club is, but I can't place the reference... You know... when fat Bob (the one with the mantits) gets shot in the head. The Club starts chanting his name over and over... "His name is Robert Palson..." One of the weirdest parts of the film.
