What the crap are you talking about?!? You all know I'm one of the biggest Nintendo fans about, right? But even I can see that Mario Party is one of the most repetitive games that exists. Even the first one was a bit repetitive... but every one that has followed has just gotten more and more dull to play!
I appreciate that SOMEONE must like it, or else Nintendo wouldn't keep churning them out every year, but honestly... don't even compare the repetitiveness of Mario Party to that of any other game series, because it wrote the BOOK on repetitiveness.
I've hardly played MP5, and I almost can't bring myself to pick up MP6... just the sight of those game boards is enough to break my Gamecube out in tears! Boredom tears!

It doesn't help that when playing the party game you have to do nothing for ten-or-so minutes each time before a game starts. Mario Party needs an overhaul.

No, MP doesn't need an overhaul...we need something else to replace this Mario Party crap.

I have no problem whatsoever with having a multiplayer-based mini-game fest. But everything else is useless.

Mario Party would be awesome without the board game part... The only thing that frustrates me about it is waiting for my turn to play. Video games shouldn't force long periods of nothing on you.

Do you really think an online petition will change their mind? I don't. But, eh, give it a shot.

If I can get enough sigs. then I think it might help. Better then doing nothing.

Why does everybody hate Petey?

I don't "hate" him. I don't really have an opinion actually.
However, Petey Piranha is a mini-boss. He's hardly a main character. He's a piraha plant that spews out sludge and then gets defeated.
That might be why, or not... I don't know... or really care for that matter... ;D

Often the case that Nintendo chooses characters with personalities they have grown fond of. Petey's not just a mindless boss... it's a big barfing baby with some hilarious expressions (not easy when you're technically just a big mouth)
