I was broswing some sites about FE7, and noticed that there are quite a number of weapons and sound test BGMs said to be obtainable through "Mario Kart Double Dash bonus disk". What is that? What else, other than FE7 stuff, can be obtained from it?
And also, is that disk limited in supply, or does it come from ALL US version copies of MKDD?

I think it only came with preordered copies of MK:DD... I seem to remember hearing that there was a Sonic Heroes demo included on it, but I don't know for sure.

I believe there was also a Star Wars:RS3 Hoth demo on it.

You know what? Haven't a clue... it never came out here. Some Mario Kart: DD's were sold with the Zelda Collector's Edition disc over here, and most were not. I went for the "not".

My Brother ended up having to get zelda collectors edition at comet (or somewhere else...I can't really remember) for about a tenner.

I picked mine up 2nd hand from Game. I'm a big fan of 2nd hand sections of videogame shops

I picked mine up 2nd hand from Game. I'm a big fan of 2nd hand sections of videogame shops I'm not. I hate them. They barely have any games there. That's why I'm shopping on eBay (yay for eBay). It's like tripled the amount of games I'm getting, without costing me a cent!

I actually got my Zelda Collector's Edition the proper way... Bought F-Zero GX and mailed the receipt to Nintendo. Then my cousin just went and got one from GAME. Bastard.

How much was it when you mailed away? Because if you got it free with GX, then you're certainly the winner there - F-Zero is awesome.

It was free... and F-Zero IS awesome... I just found it annoying that something which was supposed to be VIP-exclusive became so easily available in the shops so quickly.

Ah yes, I see what you're saying. But in the end you ended up with it AND F-Zero. So you win.

Tell me about it. I played it a few times, thought it was terrible, and stuck it at the bottom of my games pile. A few months I chucked it in again and realised how stupid I was for not sticking with it. And now, I love it! I still suck at it, but I love it!
