Maybe the Japanese say it, and that's just the Japanese title.
*blind guesswork*
But yeah, Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics makes more sense.

Don't mind me, but I think "Olympic Winter Games" is the official title of the winter Olympics (even the official site refers to them that way), and since Mario & Sonic is an officially licensed game, it probably has to conform to it.

Makes sense then. Still sounds stupid, though.

Nintendo is going to release a new version of the Wii's Classic Controller and it's now going to be called the Classic Pro. Nintendo may have done this because of the patent lawsuit against GCN, Wavebird and CC from a while ago. The contoller is getting released in Japan in Summer. Source.

If they got sued over the GC, Wavebird and Classic Controllers, why then is this new design reminiscent of the PS1 controller?

Why do they still insist on having the joystick at the bottom? That's the reason why I never use my Classic Controller.

Stafy? Really?!? That's a surprise. And Excitebots, huh? Definitely a take on Excitebike. Very curious indeed.

So... perhaps Stafy's appearance in Brawl helped propel him into the US public eye?
I wonder what "Excite___" game we'll see next? Exciteboat? Nah, Wave Race already did that. Excitecar? Mario Kart and F-ZERO got the jump on that one. Excite...plane? No wait, Pilotwings technically does that too.
Wait, I got it! Excitetractor!! That's it! I'm such a genius. ;D

And Excitebots, huh? Definitely a take on Excitebike. Very curious indeed. Well, this is what the press release said about Excitebots: "Excitebots™: Trick Racing has elements that make it one of the more unique racing games on the market. It launches April 20 and lets everyone in the family use the Wii Wheel™ accessory in unique and changing environments, play fun minigames and perform crazy tricks in a game that builds on the Excitebike™ and Excite Truck™ franchises." I have to wonder what those elements are that make it one of "the more unique racing games on the market."

I wonder if Monster Games is behind this one like they were with Excite Truck. I heard they had a secret project in the works for a while, and the presser makes it sound like they were behind it.

Funny, it's rare when a game is first announced in America.

Info for Starfy (it confirms it's the most recent/5th game in the series by looking at the info provided).
In The Legendary Starfy™ game, which launches June 8, players dive into a spectacular undersea adventure with Starfy, the legendary hero of Pufftop. Players swoop into enemies like a shooting star, glide over bottomless chasms and transform into powerful creatures to help a mysterious, bunny-eared visitor find his lost memory.
I also find it pretty amazing that Excitebots is coming out in less than 2 months.
