The Japanese version of NWC will have the My Nintendo Famicom Switch controllers included instead of the fake gold cart. Those controllers will also be made to the general public at some point. And yes there is a working microphone in the 2nd controller that works to kill the Pols Voice enemies in Famicom Zelda 1.

Last month Extreme-G and Iggy's Recking Balls for N64 were released on NSO, this month to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Game Boy (which was last month) here's GB launch titles Super Mario Land, Alleyway and Baseball.

Japan also gets For the Frog the Bell Tolls.

So, that Emio thing that Nintendo teased a few days ago is actually a new Famicom Detective Club game.

That's quite a surprise. Famicom Detective Club is actually getting a new entry. I don't think it's 35 years like Nintendo said, though. The Satellaview game has a new story and should count as a new game, so it's only been 27 years. Never trust Nintendo when it comes to Nintendo history.

Famicom Detective Club Part II serves as the series' origin story, but otherwise the games can be played independently. Glad to see the series finally returning for real, at any rate.
