I listen to J-Rock, mostly. Whatever my brother listens to (Metal) is good too.
Anyway, my favorite temple in Ocarina had to be the Forest One.

Yeah, I don't listen to any music much these days. I get my kick from games. They usually have better music anyway. ;D Haha, the only music I listen to is music from games! And if it's 'normal' music, it's usually because that music is also used in a game (like in Crazy Taxi)

Rap is music with all the music sucked out of it.
I listen to rock in the 60's-80's.

I listen to rock in the 60's-80's. Mullet Rock!?! ;D I listen to BBC Radio 2 now. It's so relaxed. A bit of "new" easy listening, a bit of reggae, a bit of friendly banter with Terry Wogan and his army of clone presenters. Wow... we're way off topic now.

Well, if the Administrator admits that he is doing it himself as well, wouldn't it be okay? Heh heh.

Being a traditional Englishman, I am of course a firm believer in the value of chit-chat. ;D

Hahahaha.
Anyway, I also thought the Spirit Temple was fun, I liked the idea of having two seperate parts, one for Young Link and the other for Adult Link...

Why did I neglect the Classic board for so long?!
I had the exact same leave-it-for-months problem! I stopped when I went Down The Well. I had (and still have) issues with scary parts of games. I mean, scary movies are OK, because they don't last too long, but what if you had to replay a scary bit in a game over and over? (...gibdos...floormasters...*shudder*). I got through it in the end though.
I'm having the same problem at the moment with two other games: Majora's Mask (scary Ikana canyon stuff) and Skies of Arcadia (life and other games got in the way)

I loved Ikana Canyon!
All those undead soldiers staggering around the graveyard and the gidbos surrounding the researcher's house... I wish there was more of that in Zelda games - I like them when they get dark.
And of course, I loved the designs of the Redeads in Wind Waker - very cool.
What's this topic about again? ;D

You actually like that scary stuff?
Maybe it's just me...maybe I get too involved in the game and do stuff like wince when Link gets hurt, or get scared when Link's in a scary bit, or JUMP A MILE when I hear that Gibdo scream and freeze Link...

Wow, are you serious?
The Stone Tower Temple was my most favorite temple in Majora.
The Shadow Temple in OoT was cool, too.

Maybe TWW could have been better if it had more scary stuff... like proper ghost pirates rather than some ship pieces (reused from another hole's secret) with some Floormasters. That wasn't that cool.
Nintendo messed up. You can't have a (good) swashbuckling sea adventure without ghost pirates (or is that pirate ghosts?)
The Shadow Temple was okay. I'd have been happier with more big set pieces and fewer grimy square tunnels. The ship battle was cool, as was the spinning scythes. But ultimately disappointing.

I think scary stuff in games are... well, scary Scary parts usually make me quit the game, but when there are other people watching, I get the courage to keep playing ;D I'd never buy a game like Resident Evil or something, let alone play one Way too scary for me

You should buy them anyway. That way the companies will believe that the Gamecube is serious about mature gaming, and probably drag back gamers, followed by publishers, followed by stacks more games. I might buy Resident Evil 4... just because it doesn't look as boring as Resi 1-3/CV, etc. Then buy Metroid Prime and the new Zelda. Then buy Eternal Darkness. Go on! It's cheap now! Then maybe play them... IF YOU DARE
