Finally, a real Nintendo fan art. It's Yoshi!  I struggled with this one, mainly because of the perspective I was going for. But it could've been worse. At least I didn't cop out and draw another moogle.  |

I would be reluctant to draw Yoshi myself, a difficult character indeedy. You pulled it off!
Whatcha gonna do next? Maybe something Starfox related? ;D

I'm actually trying to draw characters that are fairly easy, but not too easy. I chose Yoshi because his geometry is not really that complicated. In this case, I looked at official art from Yoshi's Island as a reference. His head was, by far, the easiest part to draw. Everything else I had a hard time with, but I think that had more to do with the angle I was attempting. If I had done a direct profile, it probably would've been much easier (but a lot less interesting). And yeah, you can expect some Star Fox stuff sooner or later. Thanks for the complements! |

That's very nice. Looks a lot like the Yoshi's Island style, which is what you referenced, so kudos! I've tried drawing Yoshi twice, and yes, he is quite the tricky devil to draw.

I've drawn my namesake. Now here's Fry's namesake, the original Fryguy from Super Mario Bros. 2/USA.  Rather simple, but I didn't have a lot of time to work on drawing this week anyway. I don't suppose this makes up for it, but here's another movie logo parody I whipped up.  |

I think the lack of time I have to work on these drawings is starting to show, so I apologize in advance. As per PyroGuy/Game Master's polite request, here is a somewhat shoddy-looking Pyro Guy.  This was my fourth attempt at drawing the character, tho, so you can't say I didn't put at least a little effort into it. |

Heh. Well, thanks, Man-Frog. I guess like any artist, I'm my own worst critic. Not that I consider myself a true artist. The reason I claim I can't draw is because I have a very limited range. I've been sticking with fairly easy things here (I was surprised that other people thought Yoshi was hard to draw), but there are a lot of things I legitimately can't draw. For instance, I've never been able to draw Link. Whenever I try, it always ends up looking like some random, poorly drawn character wearing Link's clothes. But maybe I'm improving a little. That's why I'm doing this after all! |

Art is a constant state of improvements. I can see a lot of improvement from your first Nester sketch to your recent Pyro Guy. Keep at it, my friend. ^_^
