I didn't see a thread like this at all in this board, so I thought I'd add it myself. Anybody have cool ideas for movesets for any wishful characters? Already included characters? etc., etc.?
Feel free to add to mine! ;D
Simon Belmont
A: Whip (overhead, straightens out before him, just like the C'Vania games)
A + A: Just keeps whipping; no combo or new move
> A: Sidewhip (whips from the side this time)
^A: Upwards Whip
V A: Whip Sweep
Smash > A: Whip Crack (whips it fast enough to crack it)
Smash ^ A: Whip Spin (spins the whip in a full circle many times, just like in later CV games, with the initial "crack" being the strongest part of the move)
Smash v A: Down-Angle Whip (cracks the whip just before him, similar to Mewtwo's Down Smash in effect)
Dash A: Sliding Kick
Air A: Kick
> A: Flail Whip (flails it before him)
< A: Whip Backarch (holds the whip lower and swings it to the overhead position, from behind)
^ A: Quick Spin (spins the whip very quickly in a small circle around his head)
V A: Downwards Whipcrack (one of his more powerful attacks)
Grab: Whips forwards, this time not as fast with a more unique means of throwing the whip (opponent is pulled towards him and coiled in the whip)
A: Stomps the opponent's foot
Forward: Lifts and pulls back as they unroll, then tosses them forwards. Not too strong. Tap Z again to add a few tossed daggers.
Back: Pulls back and whips them backwards. Stronger. Tap Z again to add a few tossed daggers.
Up: Leans back and throws them upwards off the whip. Not too strong.
Down: Slams them down into the ground twice in front of him, then jumps on their chest. Strong.
B: Ricochet Crystal - From Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. Simon tosses this downwards at an angle, and it bounces off any walls it runs into. Lasts for about 5 bounces before it disappears, or the length of Pikachu's Thundershock flying in free space. Deals light damage, but can be used to surprise opponents, or get those pesky targets in Target Test
> B: Cross/Axe - Reaches back. If you hold forward, Simon pulls back to throw a massive cross boomerang, then lets go. It travels about the distance of two, maybe two and a half, Bowsers, and deals heavy damage as it hits. It doesn't return to his hand automatically, and he doesn't need to catch it. Simon can only have one out at a time, however. Smashing doesn't make a difference. If you hold up, Simon tosses an axe, which flies upwards in an arch dealing heavy damage as it drives downwards from its peak. Cannot be smashed.
^ B: Roc's Wing - Actually Nathan Graves', from Circle of the Moon. Simon glows blue and does a high leap upwards at an angle. He gives low knockback to whoever he hits, and does a small roll before coming out of the jump.
V B: Holy Water - Simon tosses down a vial of holy water that smashes and burns a small trail of blue fire before him. In the air, goes down at an angle still. If it hits somebody directly, they are burned like PK Fire in the blue flames, but the fire itself does not travel down on its own. Still deals combo damage as they are hit. If somebody is foolish enough to walk into an already burning fire, they will suffer heavy damage.
Super Move: Stopwatch - Instead of stopping time, this time around it just slows things down for Simon. Everything but Simon is slowed to about 1/4 Speed for 8 seconds, while Simon, slowed to 1/2, gets full advantage of his extra speed.
Notes:
-Out of 5 -- Speed: 2.5, Power: 3.75, Weight: 3.9, Jump: 2.5, Gravity: 4.25
-The tip of Simon's whip is its strongest point. It gets high-priority in most cases, and deals more power on average, a la Marth's Falchion.
-When Smashing/cracking the whip, you'll notice Simon's Vampire Killer gains little thorns on its tip. A little easter egg
-As a CPU on a team with either Mega Man or Pit, Simon fights a little harder.
-Simon's whip can be used to stop some projectiles if he catches them as he's swinging.
Taunt: Curls his whip and poses, with a very serious, ***-kicking face on as he stands tall.
Entrance: Walks out of the arena floor, as if he were on stairs XD
Exclaims, "I have been waiting for this."
Kirby Hat: Kirby gets the famous retro Simon hair and a whip of his own
Costumes:
1. Regular red and black clothes, red hair
2. Color Swap--Blue
3. Color Swap--Green
4. Gold armor with white hair
5. Old-school brown armor with shorter blonde hair
Win Poses:
1. Simon cracks the Vampire Killer on the ground in front of him, and stands with it at his side, with a very serious face
2. Simon strokes his chin with one hand looking off to the side, while the other hand holds the whip
3. Simon kneels down with his back to the players, as if he were praying
Victory Music: "Stage Clear" from Castlevania
Franchise Logo: Dracula's "Bat"

Bomberman
A: Punch
A, A: Punch, Opposite arm punch
A, A, A: Punch, Opp. Punch, Hard Punch
> A: Big fisted punch
v A: Trip kick
^ A: Uppercut
Smash > A: Bomb Punch (*NOTE: Can be used to punch his own bombs that have been placed, causing them to "hop" forward a space. All his other A attacks will explode his bombs)
Smash ^ A: Headbutt
Smash v A: Hard Kick
Dash A: Headfirst Dive
Air A: Punch
> A: Double Fist
< A: Spinning back kick
^ A: Flipkick
V A: Stomp (*Meteor)
Grab: Reaches out to grab
A: Headbutt
Forward: Attaches a bomb to them and tosses them forwards, like he would a bomb (so a lobbing throw). Weak.
Back: Spins around, attaches a bomb to them, and swings them backwards. Stronger.
Up: Bends forwards, and throws them straight up with a bomb attached. Mid to Weak.
Down: Slams them into the ground and plants a bomb on their chest.
B: Bomb Drop - Bomberman drops a bomb on the ground if he taps B. Each bomb has a 4 second fuse. If Bomberman holds B, the bomb is instead created in his hands, and does not have a lit fuse. He can run with this bomb in his grip, but cannot attack or double jump while he holds it. Pressing A or B makes him lob it in an arch, landing on the ground with its 4 second fuse lit; Smashing A makes him throw it straight forwards, exploding on impact. Forward B goes into his Forward B attack (below). If he holds B like he does to lift the bomb, he can keep holding B longer to pump it up. Pumped up bombs don't slow him down, but he can't jump at all. They can't be thrown quite as far, but have a bigger blast radius. An already dropped bomb cannot be picked up again by anyone, even Bomberman.
> B: Bomber Swing - Bomberman begins swinging his arm while palming a bomb. He can still run and jump while doing so, and holding B builds the spin up to be faster. When he releases, he will throw out a number of bombs in an arch that will explode on contact. He'll toss one, usually the one he's carrying if he's got one, just pressing Forward B. BUT if he swings, he can get 2, 3, 4, 5, and maybe even 6 to go in a full arch around in front of him. Not very powerful explosions, as is the case with his normal bombs, but a good way to clear an area.
^ B: Bomber Copter - From Bomberman Hero, of course. Bomberman sprouts a propellor, sits back, and gets some lift. He starts ascending slowly, but gains altitude faster as you hold B. He will eventually hit a certain "limit" after about the height of the Falcon Dive, and hover from there on in. He can let go of B to descend, increasingly faster until he gets rid of the propellors and falls, but if he does a crazy cycle of B, no B, B, no B, he can last a lot longer hovering than usual, if you don't mind a wavy flight pattern. If he gets max lift and hover with this attack, it should all take about 7/8 seconds before he runs outta juice. Tapping A while he's in fight mode will drop bombs from the sky that blow up on contact.
v B: Bomber Kick - Bomberman drops a bomb in front of him and kicks it forwards for the length of a Falcon Kick. It just slides into place, and doesn't blow up, even if it hits something (knocks it back instead). If he uses this attack in front of an already placed bomb, he'll kick that instead. He can't kick pumped up bombs.
Super Move: Power Bomb - Bomberman suddenly makes a giant red bomb, with a huge P marked on the side. Toss this wherever you want to watch the fur fly!
Notes:
-Out of 5 -- Speed: 3.5, Power: 2 (Bombs range: Reg-3, Pumped-4.5), Weight: 3, Jump: 2.75, Gravity: 3.25
-Bomberman will explode his own bombs if he hits them. However, if you use the Bomber Kick or his Smash Forward A, the Bomb Punch, he's safe to touch them, and will actually even move the bombs out of his way.
-If Bomberman lands on one of his bombs he's set, he will do a low bounce off the top: the Bomb Jump! Pumped Up bombs will give him a greater boost.
-Bomberman can only have 3 set bombs around the stage at any time, meaning you have to wait 4 seconds until you can place another if you place all 3 at once.
-Other Bombermen can kick/punch other Bombermen's bombs
-Sometimes, the best route with Bomberman is to play it safe and just drop bombs in crowds while you stand off in the distance. During 1v1s, it's better to rely on his punches and throws, and leave the bombs for when you know you're safe.
Taunt: Stands up on his tiptoes with the other knee bent, punching out and winking. "Yeah!"
Entrance: Rides in on the Bomber Jet, then climbs out as the cycle zooms off. Says nicely, "I've been waiting for this."
Kirby Hat: Kirby gets the Bomberman helmet with (| |) eyes, but keeps his pink face.
Costumes:
1. Regular White Bomber
2. Blue Bomber
3. Red Bomber
4. Green Bomber
5. Black Bomber
6. Purple Bomber
Win Poses:
1. Winds up his arm and leaps into the air, punching his fist and cheering
2. Punches, then punches again, and follows with a spinning kick, stopping with his arms folded and his back facing the crowd. He turns his head with a look of "badassery" XD
3. Stands tall, legs apart, and gives a V-sign with both eyes closed (he's smiling!)

Barbara (from Daigassou! Band Brothers, Nintendo, 2004)
A: Scratch
A, A: Scratch, Backhand
> A: Mid Kick
v A: Low Kick
^ A: High Kick
Smash > A: Guitar Swing
Smash ^ A: Overhead Kick (a la Captain Falcon's)
Smash v A: Down-angle Karate Chop
Dash A: Sliding Kick, Mega Man style
Air A: Front Double Kick
> A: Guitar Arch (swings down in front of her)
< A: Back Hump (throws her back out, hitting with her guitar)
^ A: Brother Swoop (her brother does a little loop-de-loop around her while she waves her hand overhead)
V A: Drill Kick
Grab: Reaches out to grab, holds them like Peach
A: Knee
Forward: Tosses them to her bro, and slams them with the guitar while he holds them. Strong.
Back: Tosses them back as she spins, kicking them from her brother's grip. Medium.
Up: Holds them and does a small loop into the air, then throws them up, spiraling. Medium.
Down: Floats up, slams them into the ground, and stomps them with her heel. Strong.
B: Echo - Yells ("Yo!" or "Hey!") and a blue "ring" of sound flies out, starting smaller but getting larger as it goes. Deals light damage with light "flinch," but when it hits a surface, it bounces back faster and stronger, turning red. If she catches the rebounded sound, for a split second she flashes red and can fire it off again, as the red soundwave. It doesn't gain more power for bouncing off anything this time, but she can feasibly keep rebounding it off a wall. If it hits something or flies off too far, it will dissipate.
> B: Hot Heel - A specialized kicking move, Barbara does a swinging, spinning kick with her foot, heel pointing out. The kick starts low but spirals around her to become a high kick, then as she spins it falls back low again (in effect, it makes a diagonally layed "circle" motion as she kicks). The kick also surrounds her foot with pinkish flames, that burn the opponent if they're hit. The heel is the strongest point of this attack, and if she uses this move in the air, she gets slight lift, about the same amount as most Forward B attacks (ex., Mario's Cape).
^ B: Spiral Nail - Barbara puts her hands over her head palm to palm with her nails out, and spirals straight up in a drilling motion. This travels roughly the distance of Sheik's Up B (in total), and deals combo damage to opponents, holding them in for the full attack (a la Mario's Super Jump Punch). While she uses this move, her brother circles around her midsection, knocking back anybody in the way.
v B: Jammin' - Barbara takes out her guitar and starts strumming as long as you press B. She sends out soundwaves that radiate from her body and deal light damage with light "flinch" on opponents. This can protect her as long as she keeps using the attack, but cannot be used in the air. As an added motion, you can change the pitch and notes that she plays by angling the C-stick as you tap B. This will alter the power, speed, and distance of the soundwaves, as well as the sound she makes. You can get slow, booming rings that deal heavy damage, or light, fast ones that keep people at bay. While she uses this attack, her brother bops his head in the background, and his buddy taps his feet.
Super Move: Rock You Out - The screen dims and a spotlight falls on Barbara and her band. Their instruments all appear, and they jam, sending out music notes and soundwaves that damage opponents even a good distance away. At the end of the jam, Barbara just tears it up for one last powerful blast from her guitar as she leans back into the motion. This is the kicker that deals the most knockback.
Notes:
-Out of 5 -- Speed: 4.25, Power: 3.3, Weight: 2.2, Jump: 4.25, Gravity: 2.75
-Barbara has a high first jump, and a shorter, floatier second jump. Even though she doesn't have wings, she can hover just like Princess Peach if you hold the jump button, and actually moves a little faster in this mode, but since she turns around instead of hovering backwards to go the other way, switching directions becomes slower. The duration of the hover isn't exactly as long as Peach's, but very close. How does she fly, btw? Not sure. But she should.
-Barbara's heel deels the most damage of any part of her body when she kicks. Keep that in mind.
-She always has her guitar strapped to her back, for quick access.
-Barbara is always followed by her brother, Ting Tin, and his friend, Pockin' the Death: her band. Both are in the "background" and thus cannot be hit or KO'd. If Barbara is KO'd, they look around and them "poof." Her brother helps more with her attacks, while the other guy basically sits there; her brother, for example, will actually attack with her (not actually causing damage unless specified) and, since he is always flying, follow her into the air. The other guy doesn't fly, and follows her around only on platforms, but not into the air. When she gets hurt badly, burned, frozen, etc., her brother's eyes bug out and he gets worried, while the other guy, again, just sits there. He's too cool to react
-The major strategy while using Barbara is to keep attacking and never stop. She can get out of harm's way easily, but with access to powerful A attacks, there's no reason to bother unless it's an utter explosion of violence. She's pretty good at trapping people in corners too, fyi.
Taunt: Stands leaning a bit to her side, with one hand on her hip and one leg bent and standing on its toes. She does a little two-fingered wave, winks, and says "This is for my fans" or something like that. Standing to the other side, you see the taunt from behind, with her head turned more to let you see her wink.
Entrance: You see a spotlight, and out walks her and her band, silhouetted. She has her guitar in her hands, then puts it on her back, waves, and gets ready to fight.
Kirby Hat: Kirby gets little bat wings, fangs, and her funky hood with the bat ears. How sickeningly cute XD
Costumes:
1. Regular Purple
2. Color Swap--Blue, diamond on chest, diamond on back
3. Color Swap--Green, spade on chest, jester on back
4. Color Swap--Red, heart on chest, bird on back
5. Color Swap--Black, club on chest, skull on back
6. Color Swap--Orange, star on chest, sunburst on back
Win Poses:
1. Has her guitar in one hand, and she waving and smiling to the crowd. Her brother is doing backflips in the air, and the other guy is just sitting there. Barbara says "Thanks guys!" as she waves.
2. Barbara is turned to her side, with her back facing the crowd. She puts a hand on her hip, leans, winks, and blows a kiss, saying "Yeah, we rocked."
3. Barbara is just playing her guitar, with her band moving to her music. She rocks out a bit, leaning back, and finishes by throwing her hand off the guitar and up into the air, like most rockers, and giving a V-sign

Win Poses:
