I'm pretty sure that pig thing is a Pigma Dengar ship. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw it too, and I can't really think of anywhere else it could be from.

This is So Full of awesomeness!! that I had to look for my password and join to post in the boards again.
About the enemies:
-The ram is not from Jungle Beat, I know that game and there is no enemy like that, It looks more like a Kirby enemy, (more like the sheep in the Anime. Actually I think once there was an enemy sheep in the Anime)
-The Pigshipthing; This thing screams to be from Starfox (maybe from Command, that game had tons of enemies) but it also reminds me some enemies from Wario Land games (but heavily reimagined)
-The ghost thin with a roman helmet; I bet its a Kid icarus enemy, but heavily reimagined
On another note:
I really love how Peach looks in the proportions of her apearence in Mario games (unlike in melee where she, besides the hair dress, looked completelly diferent) I venture to guess that Peach would be revealed next week.

I would set my watch and warrant on the pigship being Pigma Dengar. We already know he can survive being destroyed by an Arwing or a similar ship, and we also know that he has the capability of changing forms--so him taking the form of a twin-mounted cannon laser shooter piggy satellite wouldn't surprise me. It also looks to have the x-shaped scar on his forehead that Pigma bares.

Except for the hyphen, this adventure mode's is named the same as the Sub-space from Super Mario Bros. 2: Mario's Madness. I'm wondering now: - Who is the Subspace Emissary?
- Would this have a second round?
Also, if this mode is long enough, imagine how awesome would be an unlockable character if the requirements to unlock it were to finish it with the rest of characters. |

As awesome as this is, I hope we still get an Event Mode. This time... with no less than 100 events!
The Event Mode was where the real single player action was for Melee.

Doesn't this look like a stage from the game Pitfall?  Also, does this compare? (It's from Kingdom Hearts II. I known it may sound silly, but it does look similar...a little...)  |

Rad, awesome, incredible update. I love it. This is a proper Adventure mode that this series has been screaming for since its inception, and I couldn't be happier. Now I want to play it.  December, get here quickly! And this pretty much confirms Peach, doesn't it? And she's got her umbrella, which I predicted on my website!... EDIT - God, I'm a dork. Peach had an umbrella in Melee. O_X My site mentioned her umbrella from SPP, which is not the one shown in the trailer. *sigh* |

Awesome update, but the video isn't loading properly. Anyone else have it stop about 1/5 the way though. Reallly want to see this, so I'll make a better response ones I see this.
EDIT: Opp, it worked. Love Zelda's entry. Also, the ship firering at Fox is Meta-Knight's ship. Amnd so Meta-Knight created those things. This is madness. But, man thias mode looks awesome. It seems we'll get platforming for every franchise. Beautiful. Makes me wonder if there was any truth to the cloud thing.
