I don't like Krystal... she's a fantasy character dropped into a sci-fi universe. Just seems... completely out of place.

I have mixed feelings about this. When I saw Andross in the title, I was excited.
I was immediately let down by what I saw. Why can't we have a Star Fox 64-esque Andross?
I'm hoping maybe they're saving him for a boss.

Andross looks alright. I would've preferred the N64 version as well, but you can't always get what you want.

Get him in the eyes!! The EYES!! Has anyone considered that the reason there's only three characters in any one scene is because the fourth player is controlling the camera?  I personally like monkery one better. Has a bit more personality. This one will work just fine though. |

I hope this won't scare children who play this game... I seriously want to see its 64 design instead. I mean, whoa, a scary looking polygnal monster! I myself was scared when I got its trophy in Melee (I didn't play any StarFox by then)!

Interesting Assist Trophy! Does this mean Andross won't be a boss (even in monkey form)? Maybe it makes room for Pigma to take some spotlight. W00ts! The difference is that Krystal started as fanservice with that tribal bikini thing going (and still sort of is with her skin-tight space suits), and is the first Star Fox character to not be dressed sensibly. Fox, Falco, Wolf and all them actually wear, you know, clothing. Star Fox Command didn't do much in the favor of the series' female characters; they don't necessarily look like tarts, but they're in space for crying out loud; are the hip-hugging boobsuits really necessary? But if you really want to be scarred, you can blame Star Fox Assault for making Pigma the first officially naked Star Fox character ;D |

Honestly, I would have preferred Krystal over Wolf AND Falco. Yeah, I said it! Noooooooo! And personally I think Krystal is also pretty lame - shes so mixed up in Command. Wolf and Falco deserve brawl... especially Wolf |

It's the fault of the furry fans more then Rare, Nintendo, Namco and NST(they did Command, right?). Krystal was not ment to be a fox, or even in that universe. They added Fox later on. So, it wasn't even suppose to be Starfox. They would have oggled that character anyway.
Blame furry fans mostly. They pretty much eye raped her. It would be much better with out them actually.
I think she balances the cast well (some what), She adds a femenine character to the mix, and while made Cammand a bit "emo" works for most of the games. I think she'd be OK in Brawl. I like her a bit more then Wolf. Plus, it adds another female character.

I wouldn't mind Krystal if it weren't for the telepathy and MAGIK POWAHZ!!11!!
Lucy Hare would be a better female team member.

There seems to be a lack of female characters. I read somewhere that in the first Smash Bros, they didn't put in any females because it would seem un-Nintendo-like to beat the sh*t out of women.
...not in those exact words though...

Why is there no love for Peppy? Peppy 4 Brawl. And what ever happened to Katt? She would be almost as good as Krystal. But give me my 64 or Assault Peppy Hare Dang it.
