Slippy and Peppy wouldn't be at all different from Fox and/or Falco. I just don't see them appearing. Wolf on the other hand has a higher chance. |

I'm still puzzled at why I only respond to a Dojo update when it's at page 3 or over... Being a big Starfox fan, I'm exited about this classic reference! I think the reason of choosing THIS Andross is because he spits polygonal plates at people. Perfect AT potential, if I do say so myself!  And I think Wario's in need of plastic surgery if his jaw can actually MOVE from side to side  |

Krystal is favored among the Star Fox characters ONLY because she is a female and she could be given a unique set of moves compared to other Starfox characters including Wolf, thanks to her staff. It's pretty much her and Dedede who are desired at this point, considering Wario, Pit, Meta Knight, Ike, and Diddy Kong got in as well as Zero Suit Samus, Red, and Solid Snake.
The only definative character after Krystal and Dedede is Ridley and he COULD be Boss-only. Trust me, Krystal or Meta Knight should appear in a week or two. Dedede will BE in the game, but as a secret character since only the Super Mario games have more than 2 default characters.

I don't know exactly why Sakurai chose the SNES Andross, but I believe they decided to use it, because he has no hands. If he did, then it would be kind of like having a head with Master Hand and Crazy Hand in place. Along with the arranged version of Hajime Hirasawa's Space Armada theme, we'll probably get to see more stuff from the original Star Fox. I would rather hear Fox say this than to hear Peppy say this and Slippy say this. |

SNES Star Fox stuff was used in Melee, but most was from 64. Note how the Arwings are based off of the 64 version rather than the SNES version, and the space armada is based off of ships from Assault. Fox is also styled more like in Command. I imagine we'll have a healthy blend of Star Fox.

Let's be honest. Classic Andross is much better than StarFox 64 Andross, merely because of how weird it looks! ;D

Yeah Slippy sucks "Fox Get'em off"me" Peppy is awesome, perhaps more awesome than Falco. Giv'em a few moves from assault and let his final smash involve an arwing and i'll be happy. |

Monkey Andross will be a boss. I prefer the old-school one, though. He's more... retro. Like Fry said.
Besides, eating players and slapping the stage is kinda already done in Smash. But spitting silvery tiles? THAT'S somethin ;p
