Those crazy Japanese still think Deoxys will be playable? Hahaha...I chuckle at them.

Still reading through this, but click on the English text near the top of the main screen for some translational help.
EDIT: Of all the characters they have listed, I can only see...six characters that would probably be in as playables (Lucario, Dedede, Black Shadow, Krystal, Lucas and Ganondorf) and eight more that are less obvious but still may get a shot (Wolf, Ridley, Young Link, Ray01, Stafi, Sukapon, Takamaru, Midna). I can't say I agree with any of the other characters being playable.
The site seems to acknowledge when a character of their choosing has been relegated to Assist Trophy/PokéBall Status (notice how Deoxys and Goghorgr have their pictures framed in green) or if they've been confirmed playable (Ike and Diddy are framed with Yellow). The rest just seems to be speculation.

Cool site. Too bad I can't read any japanese... but his artwork is pretty good.
Who is "sable"? And he should probably take down Deoxys and Samurai Goroh. Oh, and there seems to be no mention of Tom Nook at all... which I find interesting... considering we got that icon.

Prince Sable is the hero of "For Whom The Frog Tolls". Remember Prince Richard from Link's Awakening? He originated from that Gameboy game.

We could do a hell of alot worse than the content here. Sakurai needs to steal stuff from here.
Good find.

Still cool that he acknowledges that foreigners come to the site and made an explanation about it in English.

According to the English section on the site, a red frame means the character's involved somehow, but its unconfirmed how. Maybe they think Ridley's inclusion in SSBB is a given, like I do; even if he's not a playable character, he'd certainly be a Boss to represent Metroid. I don't have any proof to back up my claims, though, so I don't know what they're thinking when they actually put the red frame on Ridley's picture.

Agreed Rygar. Although they aren't whar Sakurai has, they have their own style which is leaps and bounsd better then the copypasta we have here.
But I do critisise his %. Some characters are spot on, but some are over the top. Basiclly he has any Mother character as 90%. They aren't that likely, or that wanted.
EDIT:Been translating it. Of course, I'm using a free one so it's not perfect, but I'm getting the jist of what he's saying. Anyone care if I post what I found?

That's not Ray 01. That's actually Ray Mk III from Custom Robo Arena. It's the most recent standard Ray model of the Custom Robo series.
And the actual translated name of the title that Prince Sablé came from is "For the Frog the Bell Tolls".
When using the English patch for Joy Mech Fight, "Sukapon" is actually called "Skapon".
And I refer to the star/starfish as "Stafy", because according to the "Alternate names" paragraph in the "Densetsu no Stafy" Wikipedia article, the correct romanization for this character's name is indeed "Stafy".

Yeah, his name is Stafy, you can buy clothes in his games and they have written STAFY clearly on some of them.

You see a lot of people using Skapon. The mistake is easy... Usually the "u" in Japanese characters isn't pronounced, treating it as if it's not there. So you wouldn't say "Burazaazu", you'd say "Brazaaz" (Brothers).
But Sukapon's name is half-English... an abbreviation of Sucker-Punch. So it's right to pronounce the U in this case.
