LOL what if this game was rated AO?

The ESRB website lists a total of 23 AO-rated titles. Common content descriptors include Nudity, Strong Sexual Content, Strong Language, Use of Drugs and Alcohol, Mature Humor and Blood and Gore. I don't think SSBB has or will have any of those.
Oh, and Nintendo doesn't allow AO-rated titles on their systems. I don't think Microsoft and Sony do, either.
(I know that was a joke, but I didn't think it was very funny. Glad to see it made you laugh out loud though)

All I can say is that ESRB is strange. We seriously need a normal rating organisation. I prefer older CERO. They are now stupidly following what westerners do though. LOL what if this game was rated AO? Then we'll see Nintendo blocking their own game.

T or E10.
Supporting T: -Snake's in. I want his taunt to be cigs but that'll be around T or M as clearly you can show alcohol but not smoking, both things that kids shouldn't be doing. Hm. Not to mention all the weapons, kids costume up with Mario and a hammer, but Snake and his Nikita wouldn't be great. Lord knows they'll find out he uses a SOCOM too. -Last one was T for the violence it had. Well now it has darker tones and Snake.
Supporting E10: FE10 proves there's going to be less of something than 9 (Path of Radiance)... some games have gone from Ts to E10s with the new rating showing up..sequels anyway. -If they keep Snake and other things to a decent limit, we can have it at this. Because Melee wasn't really that much of a T game in the first place. Without Metal Gear representation I'd shout E10 right away.

Hmm, lets see... a blue suited woman with a whip and overexposed boobs VS. a war soldier from a line of rated-M games throwing explosives? Nah, totally E-10.

Predator PG-13 Despite the fact That both Alien And Predator are R-Rated Movies. Samus's brests are not horribly exposed, not more that any person in a bathing suit. The most we've really seen is Mild Fantsy Violence and Suggestive Themes (and thats just duologue). So E-10+ is perfectly logical.

But why was Melee rated T then?

Because E-10 didn't exist at the time.
I think Brawl will sit at a nice E-10. There's nothing here any worse than in Radiant Dawn.

Are sex jokes suitable for children ages 8 and younger?
No. So how exactly is a T rating pitiful?

Probably because they're subtle jokes... which usually means you either get it or you don't - and an age rating won't protect you from that.
But then we've only seen Samus's. Who knows what Snake has in mind for Peach and Zelda... Oh God! I dread to think...

It wasn't even really a sex joke... taking off your clothes and chasing somebody doesn't usually imply sex in a pre-teen mind. It's just gross.

Snake removes his clothing to catch someone who took of her cloths.
That's kind of creepy.
