Everybody knows that Jack Thompson is a complete idiot, and will say pretty much anything when it comes to violent computer games.
As for ZS Samus's tight fitting suit, he obviously hasn't seen Ivy's standard 'dominatrix' outfit in the Soul Calibur series has he.

Jack Thompson is too busy jerking off to Idolmaster to know what Smash Brothers is about.

I'm confused. Where did the mention of Jack Thompson come from? Did he do something? Or was it just a completely random mention of him?

I think it came out of nowhere. Weird, and highly confusing, Sqrt

What about Jackie? He has nothing to do with the rating of video games last time I checked. Just the Banning.

Jack also has nothing to do with Nintendo. He's more obsessed with GTA.

O_X How did Mr. Thompson get involved with this? I need a laugh. Okay, this whole random Jack Thompson issus was my fault. I put up a post about reading something on Nsider2.com about Jack Thompson being against SSBB for it's violence and ZS Samus's "exposed" female body. After seeing the last page of the thread, it looked like it was just a joke so I deleted my post. When I did delete it, no one had replied to it so I thought it was okay.

Are sex jokes suitable for children ages 8 and younger? No. So how exactly is a T rating pitiful? Take a good look at Banjo Kazooie and Tooie. (some of it's crap though.) Fry's right there subtle. And 10+ would not have been bad. Somehow I wonder how ESRB thinks that Crude Humor is worse than Suggestive ThemesIt's pitiful that this is a poor overate as far as I'm concerned the same way Melee was but at least that was due to the lack of an intermediate rating. On another note can't find anything to do with Jackie and SSBB on google news.

Suggestive themes may be worse because fart jokes are lesser then implied sex.

Suggestive themes may be worse because fart jokes are lesser then implied sex. Thats kind of my point. I'm pretty sure that Harvest Moon For the GCN got an E despite having "Suggestive Themes" in the Ratings box. So why do Crude Jokes make Brawl T then? Hmm?

I'm curious now, why does this matter?
The games T. It will be available at all major retailers and any of you can buy it. So what's the problem here?

Yes, And it won't change how I feel about the game. But I feel ESRB is making idiots out of themselfs with this. The game, from what I know, should be E10. If I see something in the game that suggests otherwise I'll take it back; but I don't see it happening.

If the game was E10, then you would get more people saying "Nintendo is for kids."
People just don't give Nintendo a chance, and I am glad it got a "T" rating.
