It does confirm that she's a sticker (assuming that picture is genuine and hasn't been photoshopped or anything).
And I still can't ignore what that VA put on her site (before she took it down).

There are stickers for every character, like the Ike one. So it doesn't deconfirms her.

Stickers confirm the same thing that Trophies confirm: only the fact that such a prize exists in Brawl. What effect it has on characters is not relevant at all.

Well I'll be, Looks like she might be playable after all. Looks like in that 2nd picture (copy the url and paste it in your bar lazy monkeys) she's wearing the Assault uniform and holding her adventures staff. In fact if those are real then her design might be a mix between her assault and command designs. |

I think the sticker hurts he chances but I wouldn't say kills 'em

With the characters reviled via the stickers, it wouldn't be unlikely that the sticker is used for her

It's new artwork thats been path traced and blacked out like I do on my wallpapers. I's possible that it's real and poorly edited or that it's an excellent sham. EDIT:Here |
