Sandbag, as an item, just appears and takes blows. You can hit him into people, but eventually he explodes into dust.

Timer - Slows your opponents down, but it will sometimes flub like the hammer, and if that happens, YOU will slow down instead.

Sothe is a thievy character from Ike's two Fire Emblem games.

Apparently the timer is similar to the one in Mario 2 more than anything, because it slows down all your opponents, speeds you up, OR backfires and slows you down alone (and I guess there could be a "speed up all opponents" option too)

Another Assist that was rumored on that site is a Pegasus Knight from FE. No idea what it does.

Also, Sandbag acts as a shield/target practice and just gets in the way. After taking enough hits, he explodes into sand.

- Kirby’s Final Smash = roughly 35% damage
- The Soccer Ball item catches fire when used. It cannot be countered or caught.
- Clock item slows down time, which makes your opponents slower. This lasts for a certain amount of time. You can also get a clock that will screw up, and slow you down instead.
- Lucas’s PK Freeze is more maneuverable than Ness’s PK Flash
- Snakes’s land mines don’t detonate based on proximity. They are remote controlled.
- New FE Music: “The Kingdom of Bern”
- Regigigas, Metagross, Onix and Garchomp can come out of a Pokeball. Metagross = Earthquake, Onix = same move from Super Smash Bros., Regigigas = Crush Grip (this move not confirmed)
- Rosalina’s AT: Luna hovers around the board and will toss star bits. These can be used to recover damage. A luna follows Rosalina around.
- Pit and the Pokemon Trainer talk during their final smash. Pokemon Trainer - “Take That! Triple Finish!”
- Wario is powerful, but has a lot of start-up lag.
- Pegasus Knight = AT

NEW INFO! Okay it's pretty cool. But the guy says this.

This is unconfirmed information but probably true. We need somebody on the Japanese forums to confirm this:

Birdo — Shoots eggs at an opponent. Pretty standard Assist Trophy. Oh, and he's fully rendered; it's not a 2D sprite like the Melee stage hazard.

Tingle — Like the Nintendog or Mr. Resetti, Tingle doesn't inflinct any actual damage; he just stands there and does a little dance while shouting "Tingle-Tingle, Kooloo-Limpah," then disappears. I like to think of him as the Goldeen of the Assist Trophies.

Raiden — I'm not a big fan of the Metal Gear Solid series, but I think this is Raiden (he's the guy with the white hair, right?) He just attacks with a sword before disappearing. Didn't seem very interesting to me.

Anyway, those are all of the new ATs I've seen. A friend at the event claimed to have seen Kumatora and Duster from MOTHER 3, but take that as you will. I'll vouche for his credibility, though.

As for Poké Balls... to be honest, I never cared for Pokémon, so I had NO idea who most of them were. I recognized a lot from Melee, and saw some from the site, as well as a few new ones. I can't name any of them, but rest assured, I know who Lucario is, and I didn't see him in a Poké Ball.

There were a couple items that weren't on the site, but I'm pretty sure they've been mentioned. I'll describe them anyway:

Deku Nut — Just throw this at an opponent and they'll be stunned for a few seconds.

Kirby Can Eat Items, Steal Powers
There are reports that Kirby was able to eat certain items and gain the ability. Of cours,e he can only use one at a time, just like when he gains the powers of players. Firby eating a Fire Flower= fire breathing Kirby, ect.

Birdo Assist Trophy Confirmed
I have had this news for a dew days, but was waiting to post it until it had more proof. It seems now that the news was true, and there is a Birdo Assist Trophy that shoots eggs out. The Birdo AT is fully rendered in nice, 3-D graphics, unlike the Birdo in Melee. Once of the people who originally claimed Birdo to be an AT also claimed Tingle to have a "Goldeen" attack, of just spinning around and chanting his trademark words. This is not 100% confirmed, but it HAS come from a few sources and seems that it is most likely real.

Wario's Standard Special Info
Wario's standard special move is the Bite we have seen in various screenshots. Just like Yoshi's standard special, you press the button once to eat them, and then again to spit them out. Projectiles can be eaten by Wario, as seen in one of the videos on the Dojo. If a projectile stays in Wario's mouth, it will be swallowed and then recovers damage. The projectile can be spit back at your opponent is the button is pressed again. If not, Wario eats it.

- As seen on the Dojo, Wario-Man's bike is very fast and it's easy to SD with it.
- More info on Sandbag Item: You beat him up, and items come out as you hit him.
- The WarioWare stage features over 8 minigames, including "Don't Move".
- Level 9 computers are still weak, according to some people.
- Bowser and Kirby seem to be getting more and more praise for how much they have improved over their Melee forms.
- MORE MUSIC CONFIRMED: Yoshi's Island has songs called "Ending BGM" and "Athletic". Norfair has "Brinstar BGM", "Samus's Theme", and "Metroid Ending Theme". Bridge of Eldin has "Great Bay".
- Snake's Remote Mine (Down Smash) varies in damage from 10-20%.
- Kirby's new Dash Move is named "Break Spin". It's being refered to as the yo-yo attack, but does not involve a yo-yo of any kind
- Kirby's Final Smash sucks in any nearby items also, and when it tosses the opponents out, it transforms all the items sucked in into Kirby items. Thanks to David G. for pointing out that the Superspicy Curry is a Kirby item.

Kirby Has a New Attack!
This may be old news to you, but Kirby's dash attack was changed. he no long has the fireball attack and now does some sort of "skull bash" and then spins his body while upside down. It's break-dancing Kirby!
