Spud - I think he's just posting stuff he finds in whatever thread is hot at the moment 'cause Fry asked him not to make any more threads for a while. I actually missed that reveal. XD
But really, I think we may either need a dedicated spoiler thread or some more concrete rules on where to post such information. We'll see what Fry thinks.

I've asked in the rules. 5d Is the clincher. And he should post it in the what we know thread.

Since it's all deserted and in ruins, some of the Super Mario Land 1 songs would match this place as well.

Kondo might've made an arrangement of the underground song as well. I mean... really now...

It looks really good. It is very different from what I always pictured Mushroom Kingdom would look like. But no 1-3 and 1-4? Ahh, well, we cannot have everything we want, I guess.

I wonder if we'll see this replace Classic Mushroom Kingdom. And, for that matter, if we get a Subcon level *crosses fingers*

I still don't understand why we've got things named Pokemanz Stadium 2 and Shroomy Shroomy Kingdom seemingly to differentiate them from their older counterparts, yet we've got two stages named Yoshi's Island.
EDIT: Wasn't the SMW one officially titled Yoshi's Island: Yoshi's Island or some stupid thing in Melee, too?

They could have called it "Dinosaur Land: Yoshi's Island" or something to make it clear it was Super Mario World. Honestly. Don't these people catalogue everything they write?

Yeah, because the other one was called Yoshi's Island: Yoshi's Story. Apparently the names went "Name of Entire World":"Name of Specific Level". I'm glad they dropped that naming scheme. I also still think that Melee's Yoshi's Island should've been called "Donut Plains".

Yo'Ster Isle is from Super Mario RPG.
But yeah, the Yoshi's Island stage in Melee and Brawl is from Super Mario World so it should be called Dinosaur Island: Yoshi's Island.
The new Yoshi's Island stage in Brawl is from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and that should be called Yoshi's Island: Yoshi's Island because the whole game took place on one island alone.
