I don't know what annoys me more, people complaining about that boring Dr. Mario being cut or people complaining Snake took AW rep X's spot. The latter doesn't even make sense. QFT I mean really... "Mario's a plumber, we should take out Luigi. Peach is a princess, let's remove Zelda. Link is Link, let's throw out Toon Link." That's basically what you guys are saying. |

Srsly. SSB has multiple of the following: hand-to-hand fighters, swordsmen, mages, psychics, minion commanders and mallet-wielders...ordinance is just another form of combat that could be utilized. So I have no reason at all to believe Snake cockblocked a Wars character, and you all shouldn't either. There's no sound logic behind the notion.
As for Dr. Mario's Final Smash, there has never once in a Star Fox game been a "Wolfen Landmaster," so the Good Doctor could just as easily use a Doctor Finale sort of move. You never know and you probably won't for a loooong time to come. If ever.

It'd be awesome if Dr. Mario's final smash was a UFO that abducted any player caught in the beam, then it flies off, and then it snows.

Nah, I didn't like Dr. Mario in Melee...but for some reason I want him in Brawl. To differ him from Mario, his Down B could be like Pikim pluck, ecept Dr. Mario instead pulls out Viruses. Yellow could do a certain amout and so on. Or...he could just be a Alt Costume.   |

What's with people wanting Dr. Mario all of a sudden? One reason someone gave me was that Dr. Mario has been a predominant franchise. It has had many different iterations and is going to be the first game on Wiiware. He is a big part of Nintendo's past. If they give him a Falco treatment, then he'd be cool. Also, speaking of Wiiware, I hope Nintendo will make new smaller franchises with the service. It would be nice to have a whole bunch of new games. |
