Australian Classification Board has rated Kirby: Powerpaint Brush (Canvus Curse) and Mario Slam Basketball (Mario Hoops: 3-on-3) for VC just over the past week.
Also did some searching on their site out of curiosity and found out that Wild Gunman has also been rated! But this is the weird thing . . . It was all the way back in January and after Google searching about this the only gaming site to report it was The Tanooki whose article leads to a error page, the forums on NintendoLife also mention but not the main site. And yet about 2 months later, lots of sites reported the news of Hogan's Alley and Dig Dug being rated by the ACB.
And speaking of Mii Fighters, I'm also made a Mike Jones sword fighter in Smash, would be interesting to see how it compares to yours Nester.

Hey Nester, I tried to find your Mike Jones yesterday, but I guess you'll need to make it available on the Nintendo Network in Smash for me to do so?

WildcatHmm... I sent it specifically to you, and there was a message that said it would stay on the servers for 30 days, so it should be available... somewhere. Da RobotI'll send my Mike Jones to you as well. If you're able to receive him, maybe you can let the rest of us know how you did it. EDIT: Wait, I don't think I have you friended on Miiverse. Well, if you still want my Mike Jones, you can send me a friend request. My NNID is Nester_the_Lark.

I got him this morning, Nester. The likeness is good, and his moveset seems appropriate (especially the two projectiles). Maybe I'll play around and see what I can come up with!

Sorry for the late reply NNID is boolean_robot
I need to add the rest of you guys. Have any of you got me on your 3DS friend list yet? I registered nearly everyone here but I don't think anyone registered me.
On the eShop, the Nindies demos from E3 are finally getting their full releases and with discounts if you downloaded the demo. Wii U exclusive Runbow was released earlier this month and Extreme Exorcism (not exclusive) has been released this week.
There's even a promo video with Reggie in it.
There's a Curve Studios sale in PAL regions with I think, 66% off sales if anyone's interested in their games.

Could TurboGrafx games be coming to the eShop in North America? Bonk's Adventure has been ESRB rated. It's not clear if it's the TG16 version or the NES version, but the rating lists the Wii U among the Wii, PS3 and PSP, which all have the TG16 version. PC Engine games have been on the eShop in Japan for quite a while, and it's actually got a pretty good selection at this point. (Though, not as good as the Wii.) I think I would be willing to throw money at this.

This week in PAL regions!
NES light gun games Hogan's Alley and Wild Gunman are being released on the Wii U VC!
In terms of timing it also happens to be the same week as the 30th anniversary of Back To The Future II which has a modified version of Wild Gunman cameo in it.

Now that the basic lightgun games are here, can we please get Gumshoe and Battleclash?

And for some utterly strange reason NoA decided to not release Wild Gunman this week . . . While Nintendo UK confirmed on their Twitter account that the Wild Gunman VC release was in fact a BttF reference.
In more PAL region news, Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition will be released next week on PAL stores with a 25% discount. Capcom is also celebrating 4 million sales of Monster Hunter 4 with another free* MH theme which at this time is exclusive to PAL regions * free until the 30th
Now that the basic lightgun games are here, can we please get Gumshoe and Battleclash? I've read up about Battleclash, that game sounds so awesome for something with such a "restricted" control scheme due to the Super Scope (as in just using the target reticle to aim at ememies/scroll the screen and the single button with a variable damage shot based off a auto charging meter).

Oddly enough, Trauma Team is now available on the eShop in North America. Kinda random, but certainly not unwelcome! The game didn't sell too well when it was originally released (hence why Atlus has never made another Trauma Center), but it's definitely worth checking out. It's also one of the best examples of the Wii's motion control, IMHO.

Trauma Team was actually part of the third wave of downloadable Wii games released in Japan, so it's not that odd.

Really hope, Trauma Team gets a PAL release now thanks to the eShop. Still haven't played any of the Trauma Centre games, and TT was the one I most wanted to play and then found out it never got a PAL release.
Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros Treasure got released last week on the PAL Wii U eShop, it has a 25% launch discount.
Kirby: Power Paintbrush (Canvas Curse) and Kirby: Mass Attack have also been released with a "buy one, get the other half price" temporary deal.
Games from Two Tribes are up to 80% off including the Toki Tori games and Swords & Soldiers.
Pokemon Picross also got released (free to play).
Now for indies games, Fast Racing Neo and Steamworld Heist are being released on December 10
FRN will also include a mode called Hero mode that plays similar to F-Zero where you have a boost/shield meter.
SH will have a launch discount as well as a exclusive 3DS theme for first purchases (that will not be available afterwards).
Hopefully others are interested in buying these games.

Worldwide, Steamworld Heist's 16% launch discount and exclusive launch 3DS theme will be ending today. I purchased it on Christmas, the game's good so far (ricocheting bullets with a laser sight pistol is awesome!) though I thought the 3DS theme could have been better, but it's still nice.
In Europe N64 both 1080 Snowboarding and Wave Race 64 are available and have a buy both get 50% off either title when you buy both on the same Wii U. (This is like the 3rd time they have done the same deal for new VC games).
In NA, Super Mario Galaxy finally appears on the Wii U eShop.
