EBA is just a western version of the Ouendan franchise. I also think another reason why they appeared was because they were avalible for download over DS Download Station in Japan in Ouendan 2. So some of the Japanese should know who they are. SSBB did also have a Custom Robo (Arena) trophy for a pair of CR's that were also avalible from a DS Download Station in Japan. So maybe that's how they (EBA group) were mentioned in the Japanese version of SSBB.

You must have a vivid imagination, TV Eye. The real reason I wanted these lists was to further that Nintendo RPG that you're all tired of hearing about. Captain Rainbow made me think of it again. Maybe you should make your own thread about it. Just a thought since most of the threads were "generic idea". This way, you have your own thread. I did. Nobody posted in it.

We know of (Kurukuru) Kururin, but what the heck is Kurikin? I don't think we've ever seen or heard of that one before.

Seriously, Man-Frog... do you just go around looking for an opportunity to be a dick to everyone? Cut it out.
The full title is Kurikin: Nano Island Story. You basically collect microscopic creatures and battle them against others. They breed and battle, and you can direct them. The stages are varied in size and shape. It looks very odd.

Unlike Pokemon and other similar games, Kurikin has creatures that lack move sets and attack in groups. Some creatures have different reproduction speeds. To increase the number of bacteria, circle whichever group you want, blow in the microphone and let them reproduce until you are ready to stop and battle. There are three types of bacteria in the game: Solid (its symbol is an emerald-like jewel), Edge (its symbol is a sword) and Veil (its symbol is a leaf). Kurikin's combat system bases itself on a rock-paper-scissors method of fighting. Solid is weak against Veil, Veil is weak against Edge and Edge is weak against Solid. Sometimes when two different groups of certain bacteria fight along with or against each other, a new species is born after battle. This game also has its own music album on CD.

I believe no-one has mentioned Unirally (Uniracers in the US) by DMA Design - and it's not in tbe "Complete List of Franchises that ARE in SSB" thread so maybe this counts as one of those franchises not in brawl (unless it is in the same franchise as being part of the 3D Hot Rally franchise - which I doubt).

Hmm... I used the NinDB franchise list, but there's no doubt a handful of games without a franchise list that are still valid entries. Uniracers is one of them. When the database is set up, it's my intention for every franchise to be properly represented by a franchise page - just in case

I doubt it's entirely the same though.

Sorry to bump an old thread.... but was Geist anywhere in Brawl? I don't believe it is in SSBB, along with Eternal Darkness as well. My theory on why they didn't get mentioned is because they are both M-rated titles.

Aren't they kind of like stepchildren to Nintendo or something? Did either of them see Japanese releases?
